00:06President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. believes that the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage, or FRLD, can help address the effects of climate change.

00:16In looking for officials for the FRLD, the President gave the assistance of his administration to the so-called board, despite the calamities of the country.

00:26Included in the Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation of the Government is the implementation of the National Adaptation Plan in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change,

00:36and the implementation of an additional fund for programs that aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

00:42The government continues to strive to help those affected by the typhoon, especially as the number of people affected by the typhoon is increasing compared to the mid-1940s.

00:53The FRLD board serves as the principal decision-making body for the implementation of the fund.

00:59It should be noted that in 2023, the FRLD became a permanent representative of the board in the Asia-Pacific Group under the leadership of President Marcos Jr.

01:10In breaking news, Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin clarified that the Office of the President has no involvement in the impeachment complaint filed against Vice President Sara Duterte.

01:21According to Malacanang, the impeachment complaint filed in the House of Representatives today came from private citizens and an independent initiative.

01:32Meanwhile, since the volcano Taal erupted again in the province of Matangas,

01:37according to FIVOX Director Teresito Bacolpol, the phreatic eruption was recorded at 5.58 am.

01:44The eruption lasted for 4 minutes.

01:46The eruption reached 2,800 meters above sea level.

01:50There was no vlog around the volcano.
