Dahil nasa ospital pa ay posibleng hindi pisikal na makadalo sa court hearing ng hinaharap niyang kaso ang aktres na si Neri Naig-Miranda. Sa Miyerkoles pa siya nakatakdang ibalik sa female dormitory ng Pasay City Jail.
