Amberlynn records a weigh in video describing how hard it was for her to count calories, not making it past day 1. She was doing a squat challenge but her back was too sore to continue. She says this last week was the worst she has ever had eating whatever she wanted. She thinks that the fact there was so much food leftover from Thanksgiving was her downfall. Her goal in her last weigh in was to lose 3 lbs but she ended up gaining that much. She looks at the bright side of still being down 49 lbs out of the 89lbs she lost, so technically she’s still lost 40lbs overall. She wants to change her weigh in days to Thursday because she does good on her diets Monday-Thursday then goes off track on the weekends which is when she gains the weight she lost throughout the week back. She says she’s not healthy at her current weight of 371 lbs so the fast she loses lbs the better. She sets the same goal of being down 3lbs this week. We see a pattern emerge that continues on throughout her life. She counts calories or Weight Watchers points, then when that gets overwhelming, she switches to intuitive eating, where she tries to avoid any food that will make her feel guilty for eating. We’ll see how that works out, or doesn't. She says she’s grateful intuitive eating works for her, or does it? When she begins her vlogmas, she shows us where Krystle is employed, Coconut Kitchen. Amberlynn, notorious for not believing in ghosts, says the downstairs bathroom could be haunted. Amberlynn did the guilt free cooking for herself and Krystle today.
