Young People Running a Creamy Millet Ice Cream Business : నలుగురు వెళ్లే దారిలో వెళ్తే నలుగురిలో ఒకరిలా మిగిలిపోతారు. అదే భిన్నంగా చేస్తే పది మందిలో ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు, ప్రశంసలు లభిస్తాయి. ఆ రెండో దారినే ఎంచుకున్నారు ఆ యువకులు. చిరుధాన్యాల వాడకంపై అవగాహన కల్పిస్తూ వాటి వాడకాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించే ఓ స్వచ్ఛంద సంస్థలో పని చేసే వారంతా మిల్లెట్స్‌ను మరింత విస్తృతంగా ప్రజల్లోకి ఎలా తీసుకెళ్లాలా అని మేధోమథనం సాగించారు. వారి ఆలోచనల్లోంచి పురుడుపోసుకున్నదే మిల్లెట్ ఐస్ క్రీమ్. చిన్నాపెద్దా వయసుతో తేడా లేకుండా - అందరూ ఆసక్తిగా తినేలా దాంట్లో భిన్నమైన ఫ్లేవర్లతో ప్రజల మనసు చూరగొన్నారు. జీ-20 సదస్సులో అతిథులకు రుచి చూపించి ఔరా అనిపించుకున్నారు. రైతుల నుంచి నేరుగా చిరు ధాన్యాలు, ఆర్గానిక్ ఉత్పత్తులు కొని వాటితో ఐస్‌ క్రీమ్ తయారు చేసి రూ.25 లక్షలకు పైగా టర్నోవర్‌తో దూసుకుపోతున్నారు క్రీమీ మిల్లెట్ వ్యవస్థాపకులు.
