01:41public as it gets. 60, 70 bucks for a non-resident. You walk right up here. There's a public driving
01:48range with the mats. You feel like you're in East Meadow, Long Island. I mean, there's a
01:52sense of community here. And then you happen to step up to the 17th hole and there's this
01:56beautiful ocean here. So, if you do come to this island and you do want to play golf,
02:00this is where you've got to start. I mean, this is the spot. Obviously, we played the
02:03ocean course. You guys have seen a lot of our resort course playing. That speaks for
02:07itself. But this is a hidden gem, I think you would say, right? So, we're going to give this
02:12a shot. Hit a little knockdown 7 iron. Here you go, Frank. Pin's on the left. Wind's coming to
