The Christmas markets in Cardiff are among the best in the country, they have a strict focus on homemade local goods, and every stall holder must sell products that are sourced, made or grown locally. It makes the markets less copy and paste like some you see around the country, and shoppers clearly seem to love it.

00:53With food and drink, it's a lovely place to potter about for a few hours.

01:43Well we've done the Birmingham Christmas market, which is huge, which is, yeah, I think it
01:50compares about the same.
01:51Yeah, it's some really good stuff, some real nice local things as well.
01:54We were looking at some candles and things that were local, so that's good, yeah.
