00:23Eastern Visayas deeply took a front on the heavy early Saturday morning tirade of Vice

00:28President Sara Duterte against President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. and House Speaker

00:34Ferdinand Martin Valdes. At least forty-five Wariwari leaders signed a joint manifesto

00:39of indignation against Vice President Sara Duterte's faceless accusation and disrespect

00:44toward President Marcos, Speaker Valdes, and the Wariwari people and another manifesto in defense

00:51of Speaker Valdes and in indignation of the allegation made by Vice President Sara Duterte

00:57calling out her behavior as an insult to the Wari people. Signing the manifesto were key

01:02provincial, municipal, and members of the House of Representatives from Samar, Northern Samar,

01:07Eastern Samar, Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Biliran. The Wari leaders strongly condemned in their

01:13manifesto the Vice President's attacks to the President and the House Speaker saying they will

01:18not stand idly by as its leaders and its people are disrespected. They further said the unfounded

01:24accusations only serve to sow discord and undermine the progress and unity that President

01:30Marcos and House Speaker Valdes have worked so hard to achieve. The local leaders sent a strong

01:35warning that they will not allow good leaders to be discredited by baseless accusations and will

01:41not tolerate behavior that seeks to divide and distract them from the urgent work of nation

01:46building. The local leaders further said the President's and House Speaker's leadership

01:51is a source of pride for the Wari people and a symbol of hope for the entire nation.

01:56They commit to defending the two's integrity, supporting their vision, and working with them
