00:35In the presentation of PIDEA, they included an Allen Lim, who is a drug personality wanted in China,

00:43a casino junket operator and involved in various crimes such as kidnapping.

00:48Lim is an incorporator of the controversial Pharmaly Corporation

00:52who obtained a P11 billion government contract for COVID-19 pandemic supplies during the time of former President Duterte.

01:01According to PIDEA, Lim is a close friend of Senator Bongo who was a special assistant to the President

01:08and to Michael Yang, former economic advisor of Duterte.

01:12But congressmen denied to include PIDEA in their matrix.
