00:19turnstiles, and so this lady here has to go around another route.

00:49So, on the opposite side of the road, for her to get up the kerb to cross it, this is

01:11her route, and as you can see, it's all overgrown and everyone's parking here.

01:18See, they've got thorns on them.

01:24So this is Sue's alternative route, and as you can see, she's had to cut the bushes back

01:30because it's prickly, and she's actually cut herself. It's just not good enough, is it really?

01:38And then we go up here to Bretton.

01:42And you've had to do all that to get to go across the road?

01:47That's ridiculous.

01:50Up here, again, so we don't go down. Then you come down, and we go up here.

02:05So as you can see, Sue's journey is quite difficult, and I don't feel this is very

02:18acceptable. So I'm going to go back to the officers who are in charge of this,

02:22and see what they're going to do about it.
