00:00The 20th of February we open for breakfast 7 a.m. so sharp and our opening
00:06we're giving away 150 to the first 150 customers sporty nugs children's
00:12t-shirts because obviously to celebrate our soft play we've got face painters
00:17we've got balloon artists we've got cheerleaders we've got DJ for four days
00:21so it's gonna be a really good weekend for after Thursday Friday and then
00:26moving into the weekend it's gonna be really fun place to come and you know
00:30hang out just experience when it's the first time slightly different that we've
00:34built the first soft play in here and it's this is going to be a real
00:37destination
00:40experience this business if you've already been to Massey and you've
00:45created 60 jobs have you had any difficulty finding people to work here
00:50no actually not again I mean talking back when you first visited Massey I
00:55think we had a thousand candidates in 24 hours and we've had a similar take up
01:00to this sort of 60 people who work here we're really lucky we have a lot of
01:03choice and we went through a rigorous two weeks interview process
01:10yeah look it's been great we have a good take up it's a cool place to work
01:17and our values are what we try and represent as a style of culture
01:21we want the team to enjoy themselves
01:24four days with us now this is their fifth in terms of intensive training and
01:30you know as a blank table team we've now got some great people some really good
01:36trainers they're just motivating us to keep the staff active so great career path as well for anyone who wants to work with us
