Jagan Embroiled in Adani Bribery Case : అదానీ సంస్థతో గత జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డి సర్కార్‌ కుదుర్చుకున్న విద్యుత్‌ ఒప్పందాల వ్యవహారంలో సరికొత్త విషయాలు వెలుగులోకి వస్తున్నాయి. అజూర్‌ పవర్‌కు బదులు అదానీ నుంచి 2,333 మెగావాట్ల విద్యుత్తు కొని రాష్ట్రానికి సరఫరా చేసేందుకు ఆ సంస్థతో 2 వేరు వేరు అనుబంధ విద్యుత్తు విక్రయ ఒప్పందాలు కుదుర్చుకోవడానికి సెకికి ఇంధనశాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి కె.విజయానంద్‌ అనుమతులు ఇచ్చేశారు. మంత్రివర్గ ఆమోదం లేకుండానే ఈ అనుబంధ ఒప్పందాలు జరిగాయి. వ్యవహారమంతా చక్కబెట్టేశాక ఏపీపీసీసీ ఛైర్మన్‌ హోదాలో తన నిర్ణయాలకి ర్యాటిఫికేషన్‌ కోరుతూ ఇంధనశాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శికి లేఖ రాశారు. విచిత్రం ఏమిటంటే ఇంధనశాఖ ప్రత్యేక ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి హోదాలో ఉన్నది కూడా ఆయనే. అలా ఈ ఒప్పందంలో ఆయన తీవ్ర ఉల్లంఘనలకు పాల్పడ్డారు.
