संभल में शाही मस्जिद के सर्वे का विरोध हुआ । इस दौरान प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पुलिस पर भी जमकर पथराव किया। हंगामा बढ़ते देख पुलिस फोर्स ने आंसू गैस के गोले दागे। भीड़ को काबू करने के लिए पुलिस ने लाठीचार्ज भी किया। गौरतलब है कि सुबह 7.30 से ही मस्जिद का सर्वे हो रहा है। कोर्ट कमीशन की टीम मस्जिद का सर्वे कर रही है क्योंकि एक पक्ष द्वारा मंदिर तोड़कर मस्जिद बनाने का दावा किया गया है । संभल के एसपी कृष्ण कुमार ने कहा कि संभल में सर्वे शांतिपूर्वक तरीके से चल रहा है। कुछ लोग उत्पात मचाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे लेकिन पुलिस ने हल्का बल प्रयोग करके उन्हें भगा दिया है। वहीं जिलाधिकारी राजेंद्र पैंसिया ने कहा कि कुछ उपद्रवियों ने हंगामा किया लेकिन अब सर्वे शांतिपूर्वक तरीके चल रहा है।
