Butter Chicken Cheese Handi Recipe:
Oil 1/4 Cup
Chicken Boneless 750 gm
Cook Until Its Color Change
Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 2 tbsp
Cook For 2 Minutes
Milk / Doodh 1/2 Cup
Chicken Powder 2 tbsp
Cumin / Zeera Powder ( Roasted ) 1 tbsp
Coriander / Dhanya ( Crushed ) 1 tbsp
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste
Red Chilli Flakes / Kuti Lal Mirch 1 tsp
White Pepper / Safiad Mirch ( Crushed ) 1 tsp
Black Pepper / Kali Mirch ( Crushed ) 1 tsp
Mix Well Cook For 3 to 4 Minutes
Fresh Cream 200 ml
Butter / Makhan 100 gm
Cheddar Cheese 100 gm
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch ( Cut into Half ) 6 to 8
Mozzarella Cheese ( Shredded ) 100 gm
Cook For 1 Minute & Close The Flame
