00:21Naomi, former DILG Secretary Benjuer Abalos believes that he did not violate any law when the police arrested him against KOJC leader Apollo Quibuloy in August.

00:33This is the content of the counter-affidavit filed by Abalos in the Department of Justice against the allegations of malicious mischief,

00:44violation of domicile, grave misconduct, grave abuse of authority, and conduct unbecoming of a police officer, which was filed by former President Rodrigo Duterte.
