00:43in Tangub City on November 7.

00:46Jojo Carmelo, 52, and his wife Arselyn Carmelo, 47,

00:51from Bonifacio,

00:52have been together for 28 years and have 6 children.

00:57The couple also received a 10,000 pesos cash prize
