00:18A man was arrested in Rodriguez, Rizal after he stole a sidecar owned by his neighbor.

00:27In the CCTV footage, the man who was driving the sidecar was seen in San Jose, Martes.

00:34He parked the victim's motorcycle outside his residence.

00:40When he went out, he saw that the motorcycle was gone.

00:46The suspect was identified based on the report of the victim through CCTV.

00:53Then, the suspect and the victim know that they belong to the same street, so they are neighbors.
