00:00As you can imagine, officers within the education department have been very careful as they formulated these reports.
00:11There was a period of drafting the reports, there was a period of contacting Welsh Government
00:18and we checked two things, that is the content of the report and the process that we followed.
00:27Both those issues have had a seal of approval by Welsh Government.
00:32Therefore, we are as safe as we possibly can be that the process and the content of the report is relevant.
00:41I know that they are repetitive between one and the other, but that is required in order to ensure that there is continuity between both reports.
00:50We follow the template of the reports that we need to follow and the Welsh Government has approved the contact we have had with them in respect of this.
01:03We have also had input from the internal legal team within the authority.
01:08So, the full papers are now more or less than what they need to be in order to conform as closely as possible to the code that we must adhere to.
01:16This is the first time we presented papers under the new code.
01:22When we reviewed the infrastructure we have in the past, I know we used a different code in the past
01:31and we have received assurances that this new process and the content and the figures are relevant to the new code.
