00:00A great quarterback matchup. Jake Retzlaff, the quarterback for BYU. He has looked pretty
00:08solid and consistent. Does not turn the football over in games where they need him to, but
00:13that number of 234 and a half is a number he has been under in all seven games this
00:18year against Power Conference competition. Lisa, you mentioned this earlier. Jalen Daniels
00:22in Kansas, in large part, playing in these last three games where they have covered in
00:27all three. They have won two of the three, like the KU team we expected to see last year
00:33and all season. How do you compare these two quarterbacks tonight?
00:36It's got to be Jalen Daniels, 194 and a half, not just in terms of the passing attack, but
00:41his rushing yards, 35 and a half as well. When Jalen Daniels is breaking, can tell,
00:46contain much like Jalen Milrow. He is the X factor and defenses really have tough problems
00:51containing him. So again, it's like the bell or the light just went off for the KU offense
00:57over the past couple of weeks. Like, oh, now we know we have offensive line continuity.
01:02He feels more confident in the scheme. And again, the only way that you could beat BYU
01:07in Provo, in my opinion, is if you try to put up a dirty spot. That really is the way
01:13they're not going to out physical the Cougars. They play low scoring, but BYU is built to
01:18play high scoring as well. Got to be Jalen Daniels over the 194 and a half.
01:22Well, look at it, Joe, right? He's through eight interceptions in the first five games,
01:25one so far than in the last four. And how about the rushing attack? First six games,
01:29he only had one game over 40 rushing yards, three consecutive of at least 58 on the ground.
01:35Daniels has been the shift here for this Kansas team that has them playing much better football.
01:39He's scored in four straight as well. He was my anytime touchdown pick earlier in the day.
01:44Kev, a couple of Heisman hopefuls or at least big promise for both of these programs. Dylan
01:49Gabriel, third best price to win a Heisman trophy. Shador Sanders in Colorado facing
01:53off against Utah. Some lofty numbers today. Any that catch your eye?
01:57I'm just curious to see what Shador, who did not play actually last year against Utah,
02:01how he handles a Kyle Whittingham defense. Going to be a really tough test.
02:04Yeah, for me, it's got to be Shador again. I'd like Shador to break out today. We'll see.
02:09That's got to be the matchup over Utah.
02:11Utah, a great secondary. Dylan Gabriel,
02:13only one game with more than 300 passing yards this season.
