00:00I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
00:08Ladies and gentlemen, peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
00:13We are once again at your service.
00:18A disbeliever felt that if someone had clearly uttered the word of disbelief,
00:24in response to which the religious scholars had told him to leave Islam,
00:31then what would be the command of the one who would protect him?
00:36If Sa'il is absolutely correct, that this is what really happened,
00:42and the great scholars of Islam of that time have agreed on this,
00:48that the word of disbelief has been removed from this person,
00:52then he will certainly leave the circle of Islam.
00:55And when a person who clearly utters disbelief agrees to it,
00:58then the one who supports him also enters into that command.
01:02Similarly, the one who supports him.
01:04Because to be satisfied with disbelief is also disbelief.
01:09So when the religious scholars give a fatwa about someone,
01:13then he should be very careful.
01:16It is said that sometimes there is a difference between the scholars themselves,
01:20that some are calling something disbelief, and some are forbidding it.
01:26If a person, while following the religious scholars,
01:30denies disbelief, that I do not consider him to be a disbeliever,
01:34that this is not disbelief, then there is no harm,
01:36because there is a difference between the scholars themselves.
01:39But if there is an agreement between the scholars,
01:41then it will be necessary to accept it.
01:43The Prophet said that there are some people who take a loan,
01:46and then do not take the name of giving it.
01:48They go around repeatedly, they do not attend the call.
01:51What is the legal order for such people?
01:54Although they are able to pay the loan,
01:56but they deliberately avoid it.
01:58And a person himself feels humiliated
02:01when he repeatedly makes a request.
02:03What is the order for such people?
02:05Look, there are two things here.
02:07If there is a person who has taken a loan with the intention
02:10that I will not give it,
02:12and the Holy Prophet said that
02:14whoever takes a loan with the intention
02:16that I will pay it later,
02:18then Allah will pay it on his behalf.
02:21It means that Allah will make it easy for him,
02:24and the money will come to him and he will pay it.
02:27And whoever takes a loan with the intention
02:29that I will not give it,
02:31then Allah will destroy him.
02:33This is the narration of Bukhari,
02:35and it is Hadith number 2387.
02:37And in one narration,
02:39this is the second narration,
02:41and the first narration is that
02:43whoever takes a loan with the intention
02:45that I will not give it,
02:47then he has committed oppression.
02:49That is, he is a tyrant,
02:51and it is haram to commit oppression.
02:53This means that he will commit haram
02:55and great sins.
02:57This is also the narration of Bukhari,
02:59and Hadith number 2400.
03:01Therefore, our brothers and sisters who are listening,
03:04may not delay in paying the loan.
03:06Similarly, we have seen in the markets
03:08that the poor salesmen
03:10give things and leave.
03:12There is money in the pot.
03:14It will come, and you have to pay it.
03:16Then it will come again.
03:18Again and again.
03:20Remember that if you have taken money from someone,
03:23pay it later.
03:25This is called loan.
03:27And if you have bought something,
03:29you have to pay for it.
03:31This is called loan.
03:33It is a sin to delay in both of these things.
03:36Therefore, the businessmen who are listening to me,
03:39why do you bother others unnecessarily?
03:41Pay on time.
03:43You have to pay today and tomorrow.
03:45You have to pay in a hurry.
03:47You have to break the money of the other person
03:49and spoil it.
03:50His poor heartlessness,
03:52with curses,
03:53then you think there will be blessings in your business.
03:55That is why there is no blessing.
03:57That is, there is no blessing even for this reason.
03:59That is why it is obligatory to repent
04:01in the presence of Allah.
04:03A brother asked that
04:05how is it to use the same thing for everyone?
04:10For example, there is a towel, a comb, a soap.
04:13Look, the medical point of view
04:16should not be used as a medical point of view.
04:18Some people have skin sensitivity,
04:20some do not.
04:21Some are of bad nature.
04:23They also clean the nose with it.
04:25Now the other person should rub it on his face.
04:27That is why the towel should be separate.
04:29It is the best.
04:30And especially after bathing,
04:31after cleaning the whole body with it,
04:34the same towel is hung in the bathroom.
04:36The other person is also using it.
04:37This is against cleanliness.
04:39Although I am not saying it is a sin.
04:41But this cleanliness,
04:42cleanliness and medical point of view
04:44is not right.
04:45This should not be done.
04:46Keep your own towels.
04:47Or if you have used a towel,
04:49first put it in the sun.
04:50It should be completely dry.
04:52The germs will die from the sun.
04:54Then you can use it,
04:55you understand.
04:56But in the bathroom,
04:57the wet towel is hanging.
04:58And everyone is using it.
05:00And especially by rubbing it like this,
05:02if you keep it there,
05:03when the other person is using it,
05:04the smell is felt.
05:05This is not liked by the Shariah.
05:07There is no harm in using each other's towels.
05:10In some cases,
05:11the elders of the religion have forbidden it.
05:13But this is not such a thing.
05:15And similarly,
05:16there is no problem in soap.
05:17Because when you use soap,
05:19then all the upper part
05:20is washed together.
05:21And this should be done.
05:23Like you rub it and keep it.
05:25Then wash your hands and leave.
05:27Once bring the soap down and wash it.
05:29Clean it.
05:30Keep a little more.
05:31Because if you have come from the washroom,
05:33you rubbed your hand on the soap,
05:35put the soap like this
05:36and washed your hands.
05:37So what is on your hand,
05:38it is on there.
05:39This is also against cleanliness.
05:41But using it,
05:42it will also be considered permissible.
05:44There is no prohibition.
05:47He says that when the bride is sent off,
05:51everyone hugs her and sends her off.
05:54So sometimes the son of the aunt
05:56also hugs her,
05:57that is, the cousin also hugs her
05:59and sends her off.
06:00Is this right?
06:01This is not right at all.
06:03The bride should be sent off
06:05in such a hidden way
06:07that the groom should not be seen.
06:09It is better that the groom
06:10is hugging her.
06:11This is a sin and is forbidden.
06:13It should be avoided.
06:14Family, all those customs and traditions
06:18that are against the Shariah.
06:20The head of the house
06:21should finish it.
06:22Otherwise,
06:23don't be upset.
06:24It can be such a big sin for you
06:26that you cannot imagine.
06:28The way he keeps avoiding
06:30to please his family,
06:32to please them.
06:33The children say,
06:34let him do it.
06:35The family says,
06:36let him do it.
06:37The father surrenders in front of them.
06:39When you die,
06:40perhaps they will not even pray for you.
06:42Or they will not burn anything for you.
06:44They will not know
06:45what is happening with you in the grave
06:47and what is going to happen in the field of society.
06:50This is why the Prophet
06:52said that
06:53in the disobedience of Allah,
06:56the obedience of any creature is not permissible.
07:00That is,
07:01in the disobedience of Allah,
07:03the obedience of anyone is not permissible.
07:05Whether it is a wife or a child.
07:07It should be avoided.
07:08And the head of the house should
07:10find out
07:11which are the customs and traditions
07:13that are against the Shariah.
07:14Finish it in your life.
07:16At least,
07:17take a stand against it.
07:18The family does not believe.
07:19The blame will be on them,
07:20not on you.
07:21Otherwise,
07:22it is a sin for you.
07:23A caller is with us.
07:24Assalamualaikum.
07:25Alhamdulillah.
07:26We have two questions.
07:27Yes, sister.
07:28After the prayer of the Fajr prayer,
07:30the prayer started
07:32and the sun rose during the prayer.
07:35So,
07:36what is the order to repeat this prayer?
07:38Yes.
07:39The second question is,
07:40while offering the prayer of the second time,
07:45there was a doubt about the breaking of the ablution.
07:48But,
07:49after offering the prayer of the same ablution,
07:51I remembered that the ablution was broken.
07:53So, what is the order?
07:54Okay.
07:55I will tell you.
07:56There is another caller.
07:57Assalamualaikum.
07:58Walaikum Assalam.
07:59Maulana sahib,
08:00I have a question.
08:01Yes.
08:02I went to Umrah.
08:03Yes.
08:04Hello.
08:05Yes, yes.
08:06I can hear you.
08:07Tell me.
08:08Okay.
08:09I went to Umrah.
08:10I did Umrah there.
08:11I did it for two or three days.
08:12But,
08:13in one Umrah,
08:14I did not start Umrah after the Fajr prayer.
08:17I did Tawaf.
08:18I did Tawaf.
08:19So,
08:20I did not have to do the Nafil.
08:22Okay.
08:23When I was there,
08:24at Safa-e-Marwa,
08:25Maghrib was being called.
08:27So,
08:28after Maghrib prayer,
08:29I did two Umrah Nafils.
08:31Okay.
08:32So,
08:33at that time,
08:34I was not there.
08:35I was at the Kaaba.
08:36Okay.
08:37I will tell you.
08:38Yes,
08:39I understood.
08:40I completely understood.
08:41Sorry.
08:42There is another caller.
08:43Assalamualaikum.
08:44Walaikum Assalam.
08:45Yes.
08:46My question is,
08:47Mufti sahib,
08:48is the reward of the prize bond
08:50permissible or not?
08:52Is it permissible or not?
08:54And how is it to keep the prize bond at home?
08:56Okay.
08:57And,
08:58I will tell you.
08:59Inshallah.
09:00The sister said,
09:01after the Fajr prayer,
09:03he was performing Qaza prayer.
09:05During the prayer,
09:06if the sun rises,
09:08what will be the command of this prayer?
09:10But,
09:11when the sun rises,
09:12you should break this prayer.
09:14Break it.
09:15And,
09:16later on,
09:17you will perform its Qaza.
09:18One said,
09:19there was a doubt that the Wudu would break.
09:20I had already done one prayer.
09:21In the second prayer,
09:22there was a doubt that
09:23I don't know whether it broke or not.
09:24I did the prayer.
09:25Later on,
09:26I became sure that
09:27Wudu was not there.
09:28See,
09:29when you become sure that
09:30Wudu will break,
09:31then it means that
09:32your prayer did not take place.
09:33You will have to perform that prayer again.
09:35If the time has passed,
09:36then you will have to do Qaza.
09:37If the time is left,
09:38then you will perform Wudu again,
09:39and perform that prayer again.
09:42The sister said,
09:43after Umrah,
09:44I had started Umrah after Asr.
09:48And,
09:49after that,
09:50I could not perform Nafl.
09:51Then,
09:52I came to Safa Mas'aa.
09:54In between Safa Marwa,
09:55I did Sa'ai.
09:56So,
09:57it was Maghrib.
09:58After Maghrib prayer,
09:59I performed Nawafil.
10:00What will be the judgment?
10:01I was not near Ka'abatullah.
10:03See,
10:05the Nawafil of Tawaf,
10:08it is permissible
10:09to perform them
10:10near Maqam-e-Ibrahim.
10:13But,
10:14if you do not perform it there,
10:15then wherever you perform it in the mosque,
10:17it will be performed.
10:18And,
10:19it is permissible
10:20to perform Nawafil there.
10:21But,
10:22as you had Shari'a Uthar,
10:23that after Asr,
10:24you could not perform Nawafil.
10:25So,
10:26you went there.
10:27So,
10:28after Maghrib,
10:29you performed them.
10:30It is absolutely fine.
10:31There will be no judgment.
10:32The brother said,
10:33the reward of the prize bond,
10:34see,
10:35according to us,
10:36the reward of the prize bond
10:37is legally permissible.
10:38Because,
10:39there is no aspect of interest in it,
10:40nor is there any aspect of gambling in it.
10:43The interest is that,
10:44if you,
10:45like lottery,
10:46that you won the lottery,
10:48if you won,
10:49then you got the reward.
10:51And, if you did not win,
10:52then you wasted the money of the lottery.
10:54This is gambling.
10:55This is gambling.
10:56So,
10:57there is no gambling in it.
10:58And,
10:59the interest is that,
11:00you took a loan,
11:01etc.
11:02And,
11:03on that,
11:04you decide,
11:05that,
11:06whatever I have given,
11:07this much percent,
11:08I will take more on it,
11:09because of the loan.
11:10The more you will take,
11:11this will be the interest.
11:12For example,
11:13you gave one lakh,
11:14and
11:15decided,
11:16made a condition,
11:17that,
11:18if you have to give one lakh,
11:19ten thousand,
11:20then,
11:21this ten thousand will be the interest.
11:22This does not happen in it.
11:23Because,
11:24the definition of interest is that,
11:25with which,
11:26while doing financial transactions,
11:27you have made a condition.
11:28And,
11:29the condition is that,
11:30which will be necessary.
11:31Whereas,
11:32in the reward,
11:33this does not happen.
11:34If the reward comes out,
11:35it comes out.
11:36If it does not come out,
11:37it does not come out.
11:38Some people say that,
11:39if you look at it individually,
11:40then,
11:41in reality,
11:42it is like this,
11:43that the reward will not come out.
11:44But,
11:45if you look at it collectively,
11:46then,
11:47the transactions,
11:48if you look at it collectively,
11:49there can be a lot of mistakes.
11:50The rental transactions
11:51can be separate,
11:52and can be wrong.
11:53This is not seen.
11:54This matter is seen.
11:55One to one,
11:56the person,
11:57who is doing the contract,
11:58that will be seen.
11:59And,
12:00there,
12:01the government did not say anything,
12:02that,
12:03you take this bond,
12:04on this,
12:05definitely,
12:06your reward will come out.
12:07Because,
12:08the amount of bond,
12:09which you give to the government,
12:10for example,
12:11you buy a bond,
12:12your money goes,
12:13that is a form of loan.
12:14So,
12:15this bond,
12:16is its receipt.
12:17And,
12:18on that loan,
12:19if you are getting a reward,
12:20then,
12:21this reward is not conditional.
12:22The government does not say,
12:23that,
12:24you take this bond,
12:25on this,
12:26definitely,
12:27you take a 1000 rupee bond,
12:28on this,
12:29definitely,
12:30we will give you a reward of 500 rupees.
12:31Then,
12:32this would have happened.
12:33Meaning,
12:34interest would have been made.
12:35But,
12:36here,
12:37this does not happen.
12:38Someone gets it,
12:39someone does not get it.
12:40And,
12:41if someone does not get it,
12:42then,
12:43you get all the money back.
12:44So,
12:45this is a premium bond.
12:46Be careful in this.
12:47Interest can be affected in this.
12:48We will take a short break.
12:49We are sure,
12:50you will wait for us.
12:51In the name of Allah,
12:52Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
12:53First,
12:54we will take calls.
12:55Then,
12:56InshaAllah,
12:57we will answer.
12:58Assalamu Alaikum.
12:59Walaikum Assalam.
13:00Yes,
13:01sister.
13:02My brother-in-law,
13:03my father,
13:04had a fight with him.
13:05On the phone,
13:06my other sister,
13:07he said,
13:08that,
13:09I divorced your sister,
13:10three times,
13:11he said.
13:12But,
13:13he did not mention his name.
13:14He did not mention his name.
13:15He said,
13:16that,
13:17I am divorcing him
13:18for my wife.
13:19Is this possible,
13:20this divorce?
13:21Okay,
13:22and?
13:23And,
13:24my brother-in-law,
13:25he has a factory.
13:26Okay.
13:27Yes.
13:28So,
13:29all of them have a factory.
13:30But,
13:31he said,
13:32that,
13:33I will take half of it,
13:34because I am running it.
13:35But,
13:36he has not given half of it
13:37for many years.
13:38What is the order for this?
13:39Was this factory
13:40of your father-in-law?
13:41Yes,
13:42so,
13:43he is taking half of it.
13:44But,
13:45he is not giving
13:46half of it
13:47for many years.
13:48What is the order for this?
13:49Okay,
13:50I will tell you.
13:51There is one more caller.
13:52Peace be upon you.
13:53Peace be upon you too.
13:54Yes.
13:55Peace be upon you too.
13:56Yes,
13:57go ahead.
13:58I have two questions.
13:59Yes.
14:00One is that,
14:01my daughter,
14:02who is
14:03eleven years old,
14:04eleven years old,
14:05when she comes out,
14:06so,
14:07so,
14:08so,
14:09so,
14:10so,
14:11so,
14:12so,
14:13so,
14:17so you
14:18you
14:19you
14:20you
14:21you
14:22you
14:23were
14:24you
14:25were
14:26She
14:27was
14:28asking
14:29was
14:30she
14:31was
14:32asking
14:33where
14:34was
14:35she
14:36was
14:37was
14:38from
14:39was
14:40It is clear that he is giving divorce to his wife and he is saying to his brother, wife's brother and brother-in-law that I have given divorce to your sister.
14:52So, it is understood that he is saying to his wife that she is in his marriage.
14:58So, it was not necessary to take name or indicate in this.
15:02It is clear that he is giving divorce to his wife.
15:04So, if he has given three divorces at once, then he will accept all three.
15:09Remember that the Sahaba, Alim and Ridwan were in agreement on this.
15:13All four Imams, Imam Azam, Imam Shafai, Imam Malik, Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal, may Allah be pleased with them,
15:20and all the great people of the Ummah who have passed in the last 1400 years,
15:24all of them are in agreement on this that there will be three divorces at once.
15:29And the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, clearly said that
15:33My Ummah will never be misguided.
15:39So, remember that these three divorces have taken place and nothing can happen without Halala.
15:45It is said that our father-in-law had a factory and he passed away.
15:49His brother-in-law was running it, so he said that I will run it and I will continue to give share to other people.
15:55But now he is keeping it to himself.
15:57If he is not giving share to any other heir, then what will be the judgment?
16:01Look, what should have happened is that either the factory would have been distributed,
16:05sold and all the heirs would have been given a share.
16:08And if the purpose was to run it, then remember that whatever income there will be,
16:12it should be distributed according to the share of the heirs.
16:16All the heirs, because this factory is not his, it was his father-in-law's.
16:21Yes, he is working hard.
16:23So, either do it in such a way that he decides his wage, decides his salary,
16:27and all the other profits, all his heirs, like brothers and sisters,
16:33brothers get two shares, sisters get one share.
16:36Accordingly, it should be distributed.
16:38If you don't do it, then they will be sinners.
16:41One said that if a 13-14-year-old child offers prayers and rewards his grandmother, is it okay?
16:47Yes, it is absolutely okay.
16:48Because a 13-14-year-old child is almost an adult.
16:51It is possible that he has also grown up.
16:54If it is a girl, then the age of a 9-15-year-old girl is according to Islam.
17:01If during this time, she gets married and becomes pregnant,
17:06then she will be called an adult.
17:08But after 15 years, she is an adult.
17:10And if a 12-15-year-old boy gets married and his wife becomes pregnant,
17:16then the child has become an adult.
17:18So, this is almost an adult.
17:21Anyway, these children are worthy of intention.
17:23After 7 years, the child becomes worthy of intention.
17:26Whatever good deed he does, he will be rewarded for it.
17:29And he can also give that reward.
17:32There is no harm in it.
17:34Some people say that if someone said that after Allah,
17:38obedience and love will be most of the Prophet's.
17:43But the best of all is the parents.
17:46How is it to say that?
17:48This is completely wrong.
17:50Obedience and obedience is of the Prophet.
17:54And the best of all is of the Prophet.
17:58Because whatever status the parents got,
18:01this status has also been expressed by the Prophet.
18:06And in the charity of the Prophet,
18:08we have received all the commands and blessings in the charity of the government.
18:12There are narrations that if the Prophet did not intend to give birth to you,
18:17then he would not have revealed that he was his Lord.
18:20Although many have spoken in the health of the Hadith,
18:23but the Ummah has accepted it.
18:25And it has been written as proof.
18:27That is why it is the charity of the Prophet.
18:30Before, women were not valued so much.
18:32When my master came, Allah gave charity to his beloved.
18:35He explained the rights of women,
18:37explained the good deeds for the daughter.
18:39In many other matters.
18:41That is why the best of all is that after Allah,
18:44If we look at the creation,
18:46then it is of the Prophet.
18:48Although the parents have done a lot of good,
18:50there is no denying it.
18:52But the best of all is of the Prophet.
18:55So whoever said this sentence, he did not say it right.
18:58It is said that an Imam is appointed in the mosque.
19:01A great scholar of religion came there,
19:04who also had a good relationship with the committee.
19:07So he went ahead and without asking him,
19:10he himself led the prayer.
19:13What will be the ruling?
19:15Look, the Imam appointed in the mosque,
19:17no matter how little knowledge he has,
19:19provided that he knows all the issues of prayer,
19:22then he was appointed as Imam.
19:24Remember, it is his right to lead the prayer.
19:26Secondly, no matter how great a scholar he is,
19:28he cannot stand up on his own.
19:30Even the committee cannot stand up.
19:32Remember this well.
19:34The committee does not have the authority
19:36to ask the Imam to step aside and let them lead the prayer.
19:39Yes, it is necessary that if he is a great scholar of religion,
19:42then the Imam himself should step aside
19:44while respecting his guest.
19:46It is a very good thing.
19:48And let them lead the prayer.
19:50See, it is a habit to lead the prayer.
19:52But if the Imam is not satisfied,
19:54then no one can remove him from there.
19:56No matter how great a scholar he is,
19:58no matter how great a committee he is,
20:00whoever did this, he did not do it right.
20:02It is said that in our country,
20:04if we order online clothes,
20:06and if we feel there is any problem in it,
20:08then we can return it.
20:10So what we do is that we order online clothes
20:12and use them.
20:14And after using them, we lie
20:16that the size was not right,
20:18we did not like it, so we returned it.
20:20What will be the judgment?
20:22See, this is a small thing.
20:24This is deception, lie, fraud.
20:26If someone has provided ease and convenience
20:28for his marketing,
20:30taking undue advantage of it,
20:32and doing such a thing,
20:34if the other person does not know,
20:36then Allah knows.
20:38It is not permissible to return a deal
20:40without any reason.
20:42When you buy and sell,
20:44it means
20:46mubadratul maal bil maal bittaradi.
20:48That is,
20:50taking the goods in exchange
20:52with mutual consent.
20:54So when this happens,
20:56then one person proves his right
20:58in the other person's goods
21:00and the first in his goods.
21:02And this cannot be terminated
21:04without any legal reason.
21:06What you are doing is deceit.
21:08So this is a sin.
21:10And in the hereafter,
21:12it is possible to violate the rights
21:14of others.
21:16May Allah make good deeds
21:18in the field of society
21:20and put them in their misdeeds.
21:22One person asked
21:24how to use the word
21:26lion for a religious scholar.
21:28Lion.
21:30Yes, you can do it.
21:32For example,
21:34a lion is not meant
21:36to be an animal.
21:38Rather, it is meant
21:40to show its bravery.
21:42Like we say,
21:44this is a lion.
21:46What does it mean?
21:48It means that it is very brave.
21:50So we call it a lion
21:52based on its bravery.
21:54And there is no harm in it.
21:56One brother asked
21:58when he first saw the Kaaba,
22:00he heard that prayers are accepted.
22:02What does it mean?
22:04Some say that when you go,
22:06your eyes should not blink.
22:08If your eyes blink near the Kaaba,
22:10then it will not be the first sight.
22:12And similarly,
22:14if you stay in Mecca for 7-8 days
22:16and we go to the Haram again and again,
22:18then every time we go to the Haram
22:20and see the Kaaba,
22:22will it be the first sight?
22:24See, it is mentioned in the Hadith
22:26that if you see the Kaaba for the first time,
22:28then Allah accepts
22:30your prayers.
22:32But whenever
22:34the word of acceptance is used,
22:36keep in mind
22:38that the destiny of the chosen one will not change.
22:40If Allah's
22:42eternal decision is against it,
22:44then it is not necessary
22:46that Allah will fulfill it
22:48according to your will.
22:50Allah can give you an alternative.
22:52He will give you something else.
22:54Or he will protect your prayer
22:56and give you a better reward in the field of society.
22:58For this reason,
23:00some people say that
23:02when a Hadith says that
23:04if you ask for a prayer here,
23:06it will not be accepted,
23:08then they have a doubt
23:10that this Hadith is not correct.
23:12The Hadith is correct in its place,
23:14but the conditions of acceptance
23:16are not in the mind of the person.
23:18So anyway,
23:20there is no problem
23:22of the first sight
23:24blinking on the Kaaba.
23:26And Allah's mercy is very great.
23:28So when you enter the mosque,
23:30when you look at it,
23:32when you ask for a prayer,
23:34Allah will bless you.
23:36We can say that
23:38these are not mathematical problems,
23:40but we can understand
23:42that the Prophet said
23:44that whoever looks at someone
23:46with love from his parents,
23:48then Allah gives him
23:50the reward of an acceptable Hajj.
23:52The companions said,
23:54Allah's mercy is very great.
23:56So you can calculate it in this way
23:58or you can decide
24:00that when you enter,
24:02the first sight,
24:04the prayer is accepted.
24:06So Allah's mercy is very great,
24:08you ask for a prayer.
24:10Someone said that
24:12wearing a leather jacket
24:14and praying in it,
24:16how is it?
24:18And if it turns out
24:20that it is made of pig skin,
24:22then it means that
24:24every part of the pig is haraam,
24:26impure.
24:28So if you wear it and pray,
24:30and later it turns out
24:32that you did not pray,
24:34then the heir will have to pray.
24:36Any other animal,
24:38whether it is a lion's skin,
24:40a cheetah's skin,
24:42a crocodile's skin,
24:44suppose any animal's skin,
24:46if it is first dried,
24:48i.e. the skin is removed
24:50and then the leather is used.
24:52Any method
24:54by which all the moisture
24:56is removed,
24:58i.e. the stench is removed.
25:00For example,
25:02sea salt is applied
25:04and all the salt is removed
25:06and then it is dried.
25:08Then this leather becomes
25:10perfectly usable.
25:12So if this is the case,
25:14then after the treatment,
25:16the skin of every animal
25:18can be used as a jacket.
25:20But a pig's jacket
25:22will not be allowed,
25:24as I told you.
25:26We will take a short break.
25:28In the name of Allah, the most Merciful, the most Compassionate.
25:30A brother asked
25:32that a person who had just become a Namazi,
25:34in a short time,
25:36he rubbed his forehead
25:38and there were marks on his forehead.
25:40So I told him
25:42that I have been praying for 20 years
25:44and there are no marks on my forehead.
25:46I told him that I have been praying for 40 years
25:48and there are no marks on my forehead.
25:50So why did you rub your forehead and make marks?
25:52So that person got angry
25:54and said that now I will not come to pray
25:56and then he did not come later.
25:58So will this
26:00affect me or not?
26:02Look,
26:04since the matter is clear,
26:06it can affect
26:08or not.
26:10This depends on the advice of Allah.
26:12Because when your intention was not
26:14to make him run away,
26:16you wanted to say that
26:18the sign that you have tried to force
26:20may be real
26:22and if you are punished for it,
26:24then you should not do this.
26:26Now he was sent to be angry.
26:28But the second thing is
26:30that you have
26:32examined his mental ability
26:34and his nature
26:36before that.
26:38If I say this,
26:40what will be the result?
26:42There are some people
26:44who do not know how to preach the religion at all.
26:46They do not see what the situation is,
26:48what is the nature of the other person,
26:50what is the situation,
26:52that is, they are sitting in a gathering,
26:54should I say something or not,
26:56should I say it alone in front of everyone?
26:58They say that I say the truth.
27:00To say the truth, you need an opportunity.
27:02In that, they say all kinds of sentences.
27:04The poor person in front
27:06feels bad
27:08and is harmed.
27:10There are two sides to this.
27:12You should repent in the presence of Allah.
27:14And my advice is that
27:16you should go to him and
27:18even though you did not say anything wrong,
27:20you should say that I am sorry
27:22but you should come and pray.
27:24And show him the hadiths
27:26in which the punishment
27:28has been mentioned in the hereafter.
27:30And you say that my intention was very good.
27:32See, if you do this, it will be like this.
27:34It was such a thing that
27:36both sides were coming out of it.
27:38In this regard,
27:40I would like to request some people
27:42that sometimes it happens that
27:44someone is forced to say the word kufr.
27:46For example,
27:48if someone is told
27:50that this is a Sunnah, you should adopt it.
27:52If he is lazy,
27:54then the answer is,
27:56either you are a disbeliever or you are not doing this.
27:58He says, God forbid, yes, I am a disbeliever.
28:00So you made him say kufr.
28:02What was the need to say this?
28:04You will be severely punished for this.
28:06A person will also be severely punished.
28:08Be careful,
28:10he should renew his faith,
28:12renew his Nikah,
28:14and please that person as much as possible.
28:16The second thing is that
28:18the intention is to involve in a sin.
28:20Like in schools,
28:22colleges, universities.
28:24In the same way,
28:26friendships are formed on social media
28:28and groups are formed.
28:30Or sometimes individually.
28:32The other person has a decent child.
28:34To involve in a sin,
28:36to make a habit of sin,
28:38to see bad things,
28:40to hear bad things,
28:42to say bad things,
28:44to make bad friends,
28:46to provide bad things like drugs,
28:48there are many people who involve in this.
28:50Remember that if you give someone a request,
28:52you have made his health bad,
28:54you have made his mind bad,
28:56you have led him towards adultery.
28:58The more he keeps committing sins,
29:00the more trouble he will face.
29:02He should make double efforts
29:04to remove him from sin.
29:06Although Kabir has written
29:08that if he repents with all his heart
29:10and tries to remove him from sin
29:12with all his sincerity,
29:14but he does not give up,
29:16then inshallah,
29:18it will be a great responsibility in the hereafter.
29:20This was his responsibility.
29:22The first thing was not to involve
29:24in a sin as a companion of Satan.
29:26But he had done it,
29:28so now it was his responsibility
29:30The youngsters are looking at me,
29:32the first thing is that a person
29:34should not commit a sin,
29:36whether in front of everyone,
29:38or in solitude.
29:40Secondly, if there is a sin,
29:42one should try to limit it
29:44to his own self.
29:46I am not giving permission,
29:48I said the first thing.
29:50If there is a sin,
29:52at least a person should think
29:54that it is with his own self,
29:56I will give it in the court of Allah.
29:58Our children are looking at me
30:00that sometimes making friends
30:02and providing bad literature,
30:04giving bad pictures,
30:06if someone is not supporting you,
30:08then you have to embarrass him,
30:10you are a girl, you should not have been a man,
30:12you should have been a girl.
30:14Similarly, there are girls who
30:16make friends with boys,
30:18get them to balance,
30:20talk to them in the night,
30:22they put the decent girls on this side.
30:24If such a girl is listening,
30:26there is no point in being upset.
30:28You will say bad things about me,
30:30it will not affect my health,
30:32you will insult me,
30:34your good deeds will come in my name,
30:36but in the hereafter,
30:38you cannot avoid the disaster.
30:40So, everyone who is listening to me,
30:42should think,
30:44did he show anyone the way to sin
30:46in his family, friends,
30:48at any place?
30:50Did he guide anyone?
30:52Go there, take this link,
30:54click on it,
30:56see what comes in front of you,
30:58listen to this, do this,
31:00use these drugs,
31:02if there is such a person,
31:04then repent in the name of Allah,
31:06that this is such a big sin,
31:08that it goes on and on,
31:10especially my children,
31:12who put bad things on their Facebook page,
31:14bad things,
31:16people copy them,
31:18upload them,
31:20then it goes on and on,
31:22this is not the end,
31:24try to avoid all these things.
31:26He says,
31:28if I am shifting to a new house,
31:30is it necessary to read the Quran?
31:32Or is it necessary to do some other work?
31:34See,
31:36it is not obligatory to read the Quran.
31:38It is not obligatory,
31:40but it is a very good thing,
31:42that when you get a blessing from Allah,
31:44then before using that blessing,
31:46mention Allah's name
31:48there,
31:50read the Holy Quran there,
31:52it is a very good thing.
31:54But don't make a professional Quran Khani,
31:56that if you call a Hafiz,
31:58and all those children are reading the Quran
32:00with a loud voice,
32:02remember that such a Quran Khani is a sin.
32:04Yes, if they come,
32:06and don't take any payment for it,
32:08taking a payment for reading the Quran
32:10is a sin,
32:12a payment for Taj is a sin,
32:14when there is no real need.
32:16For example, there is an Imam,
32:18there is a scholar,
32:20there is a servant,
32:22that if they are not given a salary,
32:24then surely they will do some other work
32:26to run their own house.
32:28So it was found that the Hafiz is sitting
32:30in the shop,
32:32and there is a need for Azan.
32:34Because of this,
32:36since the religious work
32:38cannot be done properly,
32:40the jurists have allowed
32:42to take payment for some things,
32:44but in reality,
32:46taking payment for Quran Khani
32:48is a sin, remember this.
32:50That's why tell the Hafiz to come
32:52and read the Quran,
32:54we will not give you anything.
32:56Then later, if you want to give something,
32:58it is a different matter,
33:00no problem,
33:02and all of you come and read slowly.
33:04The Hafiz says, read loudly,
33:06the children are reading loudly,
33:08like in Madrasa,
33:10I am talking about Quran Khani,
33:12you cannot do this,
33:14then you do it,
33:16otherwise do not call anyone,
33:18open the Quran yourself,
33:20and read some parts of the Quran
33:22and pray that Allah Almighty
33:24gives blessings in this house,
33:26you will definitely get blessings.
33:28He says that if a sister's delivery
33:30comes at the last moment,
33:32then what should that sister read
33:34and what should she do
33:36so that the children are pious.
33:38See, it is very good to recite
33:40Ya Salamu, you can also recite
33:42blessings and Allah Almighty
33:44will give ease.
33:46For pious children, it is not that
33:48you keep doing anything and
33:50at the time of delivery,
33:52if you read something,
33:54the child will be born pious.
33:56This does not happen.
33:58For this, the parents themselves
34:00have to eat Halal food.
34:02If it is Haram inside,
34:04this is how you become a physical part,
34:06this is how the child is born,
34:08then the effect of the Haram food
34:10will be far from the obedience of Allah Almighty
34:12and will keep the desire for sins.
34:14Therefore, Halal food is very important.
34:16The second is to learn the knowledge of religion
34:18so that you can act according to the requirements
34:20of the Shariah.
34:22Those parents who commit sins,
34:24the impact of the sins
34:26on the child.
34:28Remember, if the parents are pious,
34:30then the children are also pious,
34:32their effects go to the children.
34:34The third thing is that when
34:36the physical relationship is established,
34:38in fact, the Prophet advised
34:40that the body should be covered,
34:42otherwise the children are born shameless.
34:44And in the same way,
34:46Bismillah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim
34:48should be recited.
34:50That is, if the body is covered,
34:52then read Bismillah-e-Rahman-e-Rahim.
34:54There is also a prayer for it,
34:56before establishing a physical relationship,
34:58that the effect of Satan does not reach the child.
35:00We do not take care of all these things
35:02and the desire is that
35:04without doing anything,
35:06the child should completely
35:08get the love of Allah.
35:10The desire is very good,
35:12there is no denial of it,
35:14but you can think for yourself
35:16that if you have to build a house in defense,
35:18become a millionaire,
35:20you have to buy jewelry for your sisters,
35:22then it is not possible to just sit
35:24and desire,
35:26you have to try,
35:28then something happens somewhere.
35:30Our religion has given us such teachings,
35:32we should not take advantage of those teachings
35:34Allah's will,
35:36may Allah make the child meet such people
35:38that sometimes parents are not pious,
35:40they do not educate, nor teach religion,
35:42but the child goes among such people
35:44from whom he learns religion,
35:46becomes a pious follower.
35:48In this, the parents are not perfect,
35:50this is also possible,
35:52but I have often seen,
35:54in my 34 years of preaching religion,
35:56that when parents do not care,
35:58do not take themselves seriously,
36:00then children generally do not become pious,
36:02so be careful.
36:04One brother said,
36:06how to reduce the path by taking it?
36:08See, if the path is such
36:10that people have to come and go a lot,
36:12then it is a sin to reduce the path
36:14by taking it,
36:16that it is to violate the rights of others.
36:18And sometimes it happens
36:20that there are such paths that are deserted,
36:22there is no one to come and go,
36:24if a few people have made a pier,
36:26or a pier,
36:28that no one is in pain,
36:30then it is absolutely fine,
36:32he can do it,
36:34the main thing is that you do not become
36:36a cause of pain and suffering for anyone.
36:38And in the same way,
36:40if the government has specifically said
36:42that you cannot do illegal transgressions,
36:44then the law has to be followed there.
36:46So if these two things are not there,
36:48there is no strictness of the law,
36:50people do not have pain,
36:52then there is absolutely no harm
36:54in going a little further.
36:56Now, since our program is almost over,
36:58we will meet again.
37:00Until then, please have mercy
37:02on our QTV team.
37:04I pray to Allah for all of you,
37:06may Allah enable our brothers and sisters
37:08to come closer to Him,
37:10to His Beloved, to the Qur'an,
37:12to the religion of Islam,
37:14to the Hadith.
37:16Ameen.
37:18And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
