00:19Someone said to a Kafir, that I have heard that where a person finishes his prayer,
00:25he should sit there and pray, otherwise the prayer is not accepted.
00:30Now I get tired while sitting, so I usually pray by sitting on a chair,
00:35then what will be the ruling of the Shariah?
00:37See, whoever said this, he said it wrong, the acceptance of prayer is not dependent on this.
00:43However, there are many other things that have been stated,
00:45for example, the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said,
00:49that whoever finishes his prayer, and after that he does not perform ablution,
00:53he does not perform Hajj, and he does not say anything,
00:56then as long as he sits there, Allah's angels will continue to pray for him.
01:04This is a narration from Bukhari.
01:06So this happens, and in the mosques of the Ahl-e-Sunnah,
01:09it can be more beneficial because after Salah, most of the time,
01:13the collective prayer is taken care of.
01:15Or those people who sit after Salah and read Wazaif for a while,
01:20it is a great blessing for them that as long as they sit there,
01:24as long as they are praying collectively after Fardh Salah,
01:27then according to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
01:31as long as they are praying for themselves,
01:33as long as Allah's angels are praying for them for forgiveness and forgiveness.
01:38So this is present.
01:39And in general, this is a benefit, I would like to say,
01:42we should keep in mind that those angels,
01:44any angel, whatever he does, he does it only by the command of Allah.
01:48He does not choose any work of his own free will.
01:51So this means that after the end of Salah, as long as a person is sitting there,
01:56the angels will pray, they are not doing ablution,
01:58but Allah has decided.
02:00So when Allah has decided the angels,
02:02then it is beyond His mercy that He decides them so that you pray for them,
02:06pray for forgiveness, pray for forgiveness, pray for mercy,
02:10and then do not even accept it.
02:12This is very difficult.
02:13Allah has decided it Himself.
02:15So inshallah, by the mercy of Allah,
02:17it is expected that after the end of Salah, if you sit there for a while
02:20and get a share of these prayers,
02:22then there is a great possibility of your forgiveness and the mercy that will descend on you.
02:27One says that a person who gives another name to a non-Muslim's religious festival
02:34and on the same day chooses the same rituals,
02:38then what will be the judgment?
02:41Look, I had requested you earlier that our religion of Islam is the most perfect religion
02:46and Allah has commanded to choose Islam completely.
02:51O you who believe, enter Islam completely.
02:58This is a perfect religion, no one can deny it.
03:02But whenever there is a debate,
03:04our religion teaches us the ways to cut nails, to make stitches,
03:08and it is absolutely perfect and comprehensive.
03:10A to Z, a complete description of everything,
03:12is not seen in any other religion.
03:14So now the religion of Islam wants or the Shariah wants
03:19that a person should remain attached to it,
03:21and not go towards anything else
03:23because of which his belief will be ruined,
03:26there will be a difference in faith,
03:28and he will choose falsehood as a means to get out of the circle of Islam.
03:33That is why it is forbidden to celebrate any religious festival
03:38or to go near it,
03:40because it is a sign of liking.
03:43And sometimes there are some religious festivals
03:46in which there is a concept of Shirk and Kufr,
03:48which is not for them, but for us.
03:50If a person chooses those things directly,
03:53then it is as if he is involved in Kufr and Shirk.
03:56And there are many things which may not lead to Kufr and Shirk,
04:00but because a common man does not know
04:03when he will be involved in something,
04:05that is why the religion of Islam completely forbids
04:08to choose or celebrate any religious festival.
04:12Now even if you change the name,
04:14and the rituals are exactly the same,
04:16there will be no difference in changing the name.
04:18After all, these religious rituals,
04:20when they are not related to our religion of Islam,
04:23then instead of choosing religious rituals,
04:26what is the point of choosing them along with them?
04:29That is why it is completely wrong.
04:31And such people should be very careful.
04:33And our advice is in light of the teachings of the jurists,
04:36that whoever has done this,
04:38he should renew his faith and renew his Nikah.
04:42Establishing a separate personality,
04:44which is a religious personality, is necessary.
04:46This will end your religious personality.
04:49What difference will it make on the coming generations?
04:51And how will they be able to differentiate between religions?
04:54It is possible that they will be permanently involved
04:56in Kufr and Shirk.
04:58Similarly, it is said that congratulating someone
05:00on a religious festival,
05:02what is the status of it?
05:04Look, there can be two or three legal aspects in this,
05:09that sometimes it becomes a form of compulsion.
05:12Like it happens at the government level,
05:15that there are minorities among the public,
05:18and there are Muslims too.
05:20In such a case, the main person of the government,
05:22whether he is a Muslim,
05:24because they are all his subjects,
05:26he has to say such words out of compulsion,
05:29or he has to congratulate someone.
05:31So in such a case,
05:33just by not liking something from the heart,
05:37but the environment that exists worldwide,
05:39that if a person avoids these things even a little,
05:42then sometimes an objection is raised
05:44against his religion, or his personality,
05:46or his style of action.
05:48And then there can be a lot of problems.
05:51Therefore, it is possible that it is a form of compulsion.
05:54But our advice would be that
05:56whoever wants to do this,
05:58he should refer to the scholars,
06:00understand their limitations,
06:02and their style of action,
06:04and then do this.
06:06I am not saying that if a person reaches the upper level,
06:09and if it becomes a requirement of his status,
06:11that he should congratulate someone,
06:13then he should get involved in other things too.
06:15It will be very important to set a limit.
06:17If he crosses that limit,
06:19then the same injunctions will be given,
06:21which I just mentioned to you,
06:23that this is a dangerous matter,
06:25it has to do with religion,
06:27it has to do with beliefs,
06:29it has to do with the hereafter.
06:31Therefore, these issues are not solved by reason.
06:33They require a lot of caution.
06:35That is why it is necessary to ask someone.
06:37And there are a lot of problems in foreign countries.
06:39Our children are studying in schools.
06:41Many parents have asked that
06:43when their religious events come,
06:45sometimes they have to say it,
06:47or else there is an atmosphere of tension.
06:49The details that I just mentioned,
06:51this will also be included,
06:53that at such a place,
06:55if there are such sensitive issues,
06:57then by making children's minds,
06:59and by giving them religious education,
07:01it will be possible for them
07:03to behave in such a way.
07:05But if there is not a lot of involvement,
07:07that the children understand everything well,
07:09and go in that direction,
07:11then there will come a time
07:13when they will be ready to leave
07:15the teachings of Islam,
07:17and may Allah forbid,
07:19they may convert to another religion.
07:21And this will be the death of their faith,
07:23and they will be called apostates,
07:25and will always go to hell.
07:27If this is the case,
07:29then it is dangerous.
07:31That is why we should be careful.

08:21if a Muslim kills an animal
08:23by saying Bismillah Allah Akbar,
08:25or you killed it by saying
08:27Bismillah Allah Akbar,
08:29or you don't know,
08:31but you are a shopkeeper Muslim,
08:33and he says that
08:35it is Halal,
08:37then you can buy it.
08:39Like in Pakistan,
08:41when we go to shops,
08:43we don't swear that
08:45you killed it by saying
08:47Bismillah Allah Akbar,
08:49just because it is a Muslim country
08:51and the seller is also a Muslim.
08:53So, you can buy it by saying
08:55Bismillah Allah Akbar.
08:57In other things,
08:59apart from meat,
09:01there is real Halal,
09:03not Haram.
09:05Everything is created in this world
09:07for your benefit.
09:09Now, if something comes in front of us,
09:11as long as it is Haram,
09:13if it is impure,
09:15as long as there are no legal evidences,
09:17it is necessary to consider it as Halal.
09:19And what can be a legal evidence?
09:21It can be that you have seen
09:23something with your own eyes
09:25as a mix of Haram,
09:27or a very pious,
09:29pious Muslim,
09:31who has never been proven wrong,
09:33who has told you that
09:35there is no Haram in it.
09:37Sorry, we are talking about Haram.
09:39You have seen Haram with your own eyes,
09:41or a pious person has testified
09:43that he has seen Haram.
09:45So, it is up to you to see it.
09:47Or a very large group of infidels,
09:49who belong to different countries,
09:51and have not even met each other.
09:53Everyone is saying the same thing
09:55that Haram is found in it.
09:57And they claim that they have seen
09:59Haram being found.
10:01This is also valid.
10:03Similarly, if there is a Muslim
10:05who is a Mastoor-ul-Haal,
10:07i.e. a Muslim whose
10:09righteousness is not clear.
10:11He has a beard,
10:13but what he does in the shop
10:15with his family,
10:17his morals, his behavior,
10:19this is not known.
10:21This is called a Mastoor-ul-Haal Muslim.
10:23And the other is a Mastoor-ul-Faajr
10:25who commits a sin.
10:27If these two Muslims inform
10:29that Haram is found in it,
10:31then purification is obligatory
10:33in such a case.
10:35If the heart testifies that
10:37they are saying the right thing,
10:39then it is obligatory to believe them.
10:41If they say that Haram is found in it,
10:43then we will believe them.
10:45But if the heart does not believe
10:47that they are lying,
10:49then that thing will still be
10:51good and permissible for you.
10:53Similarly, if an infidel says
10:55that there is something wrong in it,
10:57I am saying this by explaining
10:59the principles of Shariah.
11:01Shariah says that in religions
11:03infidels are not trusted.
11:05Therefore, if a person says that
11:07Haram is found in it,
11:09an app tells that Haram is found
11:11in the product, a company writes
11:13that we have added this and that,
11:15even then their news is not
11:17legally trusted.
11:19This means that if you use that
11:21thing, you will not be a sinner
11:23because in religions infidels
11:25are not trusted.
11:27And if you do not know that
11:29Haram is found in it,
11:31then it is permissible for you.
11:33So, writing it is permissible
11:35is not going to do anything.
11:37The main thing is the principles
11:39that I have mentioned to you.

15:11And these teachers understand very well,
15:13that some teachers teach so beautifully,
15:15that after teaching the students,
15:17there is no need to go to the tuition centre.
15:19There are some teachers,
15:21who teach a little,
15:23and intentionally miss a little.
15:25They point to the tuition centres.
15:27And there are some teachers,
15:29who teach from head to toe.
15:31The students just keep watching,
15:33and the teacher does not know,
15:35when he started, when he finished.
15:37But they do this.
15:39Now, if he does not have the ability,
15:41he comes there with recommendations.
15:43And this is what happens,
15:45that the students say,
15:47that they do not understand,
15:49and the parents say,
15:51that they will not understand,
15:53in such a class,
15:55you send them to our tuition centre.
15:57So, this is how it is.
15:59So, suppose,
16:01that there is no standard in it,
16:03then you have to teach intermediate level,
16:05but you have to spend your time there.
16:07Only then you will be eligible for the salary.
16:09If you do not come intentionally,
16:11you will not get the salary of that day.
16:13If you leave an hour early,
16:15then if you divide the entire salary by 30,
16:17then you will get the salary per day.
16:19And if you divide the hours by 5,
16:21then you will get the amount
16:23of your salary every hour.
16:27If you are late for an hour,
16:29or you leave early,
16:31you will have to reduce this amount.
16:33Otherwise, this is a disaster in the hereafter.
16:35All these poor government employees,
16:37especially the teachers,
16:39especially the teachers of hundreds of thousands,
16:41who have been taking their salaries for years,
16:43and they do not teach their children.
16:45This is a temporary peace of mind for you.
16:47This is such a big disaster,
16:49because it also has the issues of human rights.
16:51And when you stand in the field of society,
16:53and your virtues will be taken out
16:55in exchange for this money,
16:57then it will be known there,
16:59how much loss we had made.
17:01Therefore, may Allah give importance to His Messenger.
17:03Do not give importance to the environment.
17:05Do not look at what people are saying.
17:07Do not look at where the world is going.
17:09The world will be left here,
17:11people will be left here,
17:13and their words will also be left here.
17:15When you reach the court of Allah,
17:17then there will be a decision
17:19according to the Qur'an and Hadith,
17:21according to the method,
17:23according to the principle,
17:25and according to the law of Allah.
17:27You cannot give an example of the world
17:29This is a strict Shariah for you.
17:31I hope you have understood it well.
17:33It is said that when the congregation
17:35ends in the mosques,
17:37and some people reach late,
17:39then they establish their congregation.
17:41Is this possible in every mosque?
17:43Or is it possible in the mosques of passengers,
17:45like the mosque at the station,
17:47where people come and go after praying.
17:49Look, this command is for every mosque.
17:51The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him,
17:53once came and prayed.
17:55Siddiq Akbar, may Allah be pleased with him,
17:57came and prayed.
17:59The government said,
18:01who is the one who prayed with him?
18:03So, he prayed with the congregation.
18:05Similarly, it is proven from other companions
18:07that the congregation has been established
18:09when they are late.
18:11So, there is no doubt in the mosque of passengers,
18:13but if someone comes late to a common mosque,
18:15then the congregation can establish it.
18:17But our advice would be that
18:19now the atmosphere has changed.
18:21If you do it occasionally,
18:23then it is a different matter.
18:25If you do it occasionally,
18:27then there are doubts and misunderstandings.
18:29Sometimes the Imam is worried
18:31that they are not praying behind him,
18:33they are forming a group,
18:35and it becomes a clash.
18:37Similarly, if you go to the mosques of passengers
18:39and pray late,
18:41then similar problems arise.
18:43So, try that either the atmosphere is clean,
18:45then there is no harm in establishing the congregation.
18:47And if the atmosphere is not clean,
18:49there is a fear of disorder,
18:51misunderstandings, quarrels, fights,
18:53then you should pray separately at home.
18:55This is the best.
18:57A brother had asked a question,
19:01that the body parts of school children
19:03are written in the name of different parts,
19:05and their pictures are made.
19:07And how to label them?
19:09For example, if you put a label
19:11on the hand,
19:13put it on the leg,
19:15put it on the cheek,
19:17what will be the judgment?
19:19See, this judgment does not come
19:21in the command of the picture of the body.
19:23And when it is related to education,
19:25then it becomes more advanced.
19:27Remember,
19:29like the issue of Sajda-e-Tilawat,
19:31if you have read one verse twice,
19:33then two Sajdas will be necessary.
19:35But when the children are studying in the Madrasa,
19:37and for example, they are doing Hifz,
19:39if they read the same verse ten times,
19:41in the same gathering,
19:43then only one Sajda-e-Tilawat will be obligatory,
19:45not more.
19:47So, it is free for the children,
19:49if there is no violation,
19:51then they can do it.
19:53And if you put a label on the hand,
19:55or on the face,
19:57then it is not better.
19:59But anyway, it is a school environment,
20:01they cannot object,
20:03so they can remove it later.
20:05Anyway, legally,
20:07it will be possible.
20:09It is said that in our village,
20:11a person took the oath of allegiance
20:13of a Christian woman.
20:15Then that woman died,
20:17See,
20:19these are completely contradictory things.
20:21And the environment in which we live,
20:23that at the end of our list of important things,
20:25some of them are not even in the list,
20:27if we make a list,
20:29at the end of the list,
20:31Quran, Hadith,
20:33obedience to Allah,
20:35obedience to the Prophet,
20:37we have made it at the end.
20:39So, when the era of ignorance is going on,
20:41and the teaching of religion is not reaching people,
20:43people are not becoming conscious,
20:45then the occurrence of such incidents
20:47is not surprising.
20:49It is a cause of grief,
20:51there is a lot of sorrow,
20:53and I am very sensitive in this regard,
20:55and I try to fight against
20:57these evils as much as possible
20:59in a good way.
21:01But anyway,
21:03people are doing it.
21:05So, the first thing is that
21:07it is not permissible for a Muslim woman
21:09to take the oath of allegiance
21:11of a Christian woman.
21:13Now, if she says to you
21:15that you should obey me
21:17on the basis of Shirk,
21:19then it is a command of the Murshid.
21:21So, such a person should
21:23avoid apostasy.
21:25It is a very difficult danger.
21:27So, this is the first mistake.
21:29The second thing is to make a shrine.
21:31A shrine can never be of a common person.
21:33Remember, it was only our Akabirs
21:35who were the most honorable people,
21:37the elders of the religion,
21:39the great Muftis,
21:41who allowed people
21:43to build their shrines.
21:45People used to come to their graves
21:47to read the Fatiha,
21:49to read the Holy Qur'an,
21:51to get blessings,
21:53to get rewards.
21:55So, Allah has allowed
21:57that there will be two benefits.
21:59First, there will be a distinction
22:01that when people come
22:03and see such a dome,
22:05they will at least
22:07save themselves from the
22:09benefit of building a shrine.
22:11Neither does the owner of the shrine
22:13benefit from building a shrine,
22:15nor will your status increase
22:17by building a dome there.
22:19This was the basic purpose.
22:21But in the Hadith,
22:23it is forbidden to build a shrine
22:25or to make the grave solid.
22:27It is forbidden.
22:29But on the basis of the correct
22:31reform, the Akabirs allowed
22:33specific people to do it.
22:35So, when something is forbidden,
22:37but on the basis of the correct
22:39reform, the Akabirs allowed
22:41specific people to do it,
22:43then it is only limited
22:45to specific people.
22:47Now, this does not mean
22:49that you can build a grave for anyone.
22:51Someone told me that a donkey
22:53was built as a shrine.
22:55The donkey was used by a saint
22:57who was famous.
22:59So, when the donkey was built,
23:01a shrine was built for him.
23:03People started wearing
23:05the same clothes.
23:07They dug a grave in Pakistan,
23:09put soil on it,
23:11made a grave and a shrine.
23:13Now, people started wearing
23:15the same clothes.
23:17In this way, the original
23:19forms of religion will be erased.
23:21It was a sin to build a shrine.
23:23It is necessary to break it.
23:25It is necessary to finish it.
23:27The Muslims there,
23:29they have become
23:31the poets of Islam.
23:33If a shrine is built,
23:35people will ask,
23:37which religion does it belong to?
23:39Everyone will say,
23:41it belongs to a saint of Allah.
23:43So many shrines have
23:45attached to Islam.
23:47It is not right to build a shrine
23:49for a non-Muslim.
23:51It is wrong to build a shrine
23:53for a non-Muslim.
23:55That person should renew his faith
23:57and get married.
23:59If a person dies in the state
24:01of kufr,
24:03it is kufr to pray for him.
24:05Because the Holy Qur'an
24:07has warned
24:09those who die in the state of kufr
24:11that the doors of forgiveness
24:13will be closed and they will
24:15go to hell forever.
24:17Now, if someone
24:19prays for a non-Muslim
24:21when he dies,
24:23it means that
24:25his faith can be forgiven.
24:27The Holy Qur'an says that
24:29it means that
24:31when you make a belief
24:33that you will be forgiven,
24:35you have doubts and suspicions
24:37that Allah has stated.
24:39Doubting the Holy Qur'an
24:41with ignorance pushes a person
24:43towards kufr.
24:45Those who go to the shrine
24:47and recite the Fatiha,
24:49Allah will forgive them.
24:51Everyone's faith is in danger.
24:53This one person has created
24:55a problem for everyone.
24:57May Allah enable us to understand.
24:59We will take a short break.
25:01Stay with us.
25:27When the Prophet came to me
25:29for Iyadah, I said
25:31that I want to give all my wealth
25:33in charity in the way of Allah.
25:35The government said no.
25:37I said, should I give half?
25:39They said, this is more.
25:41I said, O Prophet, should I give one third?
25:43They said, yes, one third is enough.
25:45Then they said that a father
25:47should leave something for his children.
25:49It is much better
25:51to leave them in such a state
25:53that they are spreading their hands
25:55and raising their hands
25:57in front of the people.
25:59This means that our religion
26:01does not prohibit you from earning.
26:03Because you will earn only
26:05when you accumulate.
26:07But it commands you to use

29:03and they deprive a child

31:09If there is a severe difficulty

31:17and you are busy in Nawafil
31:19then it is certain that
31:21the matter will be disbalanced.
31:23In this case, you can leave it
31:25and come and read Fardh
31:27and as soon as you get time
31:29you can perform it in your clinic.
31:31Qa'ba will be brought down
31:33before Qiyamah.
31:35Yes, it will be brought down.
31:37It is said that there will be
31:39a man with thin legs
31:41who will bring Qa'ba to Allah.
31:43So, this will happen
31:45near Qiyamah.
31:47Allah does not give guidance to whom?
31:49If you read the verses of Quran
31:51then the meaning of it is
31:53that the people who
31:55despite getting all kinds of guidance
31:57i.e. the means of guidance
31:59despite being rebellious
32:01and stubborn
32:03then Allah does not give guidance
32:05to such people.
32:07It is not from Allah that
32:09a person is forced to
32:11not accept guidance.
32:13This is a form of oppression.
32:15Allah gives guidance to all kinds of people.
32:17For example, He sends prophets and books.
32:19If there were no prophets
32:21then there would have been
32:23good scholars of that time
32:25who would have taught
32:27when a person is not ready
32:29to accept guidance
32:31he comes to this stage
32:33then Allah leaves him
32:35and he is destroyed.
32:37So, our Muslim brothers
32:39you will also see in your homes
32:41friends, relatives, your own children
32:43you repeatedly say Namaz
32:45you do not read, you keep sinning
32:47do not be disappointed with them
32:49keep saying with love
32:51Insha'Allah you will be disappointed
32:53but there are such rebellious people
32:55who fight and beat
32:57abuse
32:59then leave them alone
33:01now it is dependent on the will of Allah
33:03if He wants He will forgive
33:05if He wants He will not
33:07if He wants He will make them
33:09to accept the means of guidance
33:11if He wants He will leave them alone
33:13then this happens

33:17before the time of Adhan
