00:04The typhoon pushed each and every house in the province as well as the one next to it, Ilocos Norte.

00:19the strong wind passed through different parts of Cagayan

00:23in the wake of the typhoon Ophel that became a super typhoon yesterday.

00:31The typhoon hit the town of Bagao.

00:33A school was hit by a strong typhoon.

00:36The ironworks were destroyed.

00:40Several walls were destroyed and several trees were cut down in the area.

00:44In the town of Gonzaga,

00:46part of a tree was removed by the strong wind.

00:51The flourishing of the barangay was affected by the storming of Ista Kadam.

00:56The current of the Amulong River was strong

00:59and the waves were strong in Fuga Island in the town of Apari.

01:05The strong rain was also felt in Santa Ana, Cagayan.

01:08There was almost zero visibility because of the strong rain.

01:12There are families who are staying in evacuation centers

01:16but because of the strong winds of other typhoons,

01:19there are not enough shelters that they can stay in.

01:24In other parts of the province,

01:26they were forced to evacuate.

01:28Some were rescued.

01:31Aside from Cagayan Valley,

01:33there was also a typhoon in Ilocos Region.
