00:00A barangay in Hae Nueva Ecija was killed after the shooting of unidentified prisoners.

00:07In Arayat, Pampanga, a councilor was also killed in a shooting while his barangay chairman was injured.

00:21People in a covered court in Arayat, Pampanga, were confused after hearing gunshots.

00:28In the middle of the medical mission on Tuesday,

00:31before the incident, CCTV footage of a motorcycle that seemed to be moving outside of the venue was seen.

00:39A few moments later, they switched lanes.

00:42They shot two men who were exiting a vehicle, then ran away.

00:47A councilor was also killed in a shooting while his barangay chairman was injured.

00:52The police are still investigating whether the incident is election-related.

00:55The investigation is still ongoing on the motive and the killers.

00:59Regional TV is trying to get a statement from the victims' relatives.

01:06A barangay chairman in Hae Nueva Ecija was killed in a shooting.

01:10The shooting took place near the house of the victim, Mark Vic Pascual, in Don Mariano Marcos.

01:16According to the investigation, the victim and his accomplices were standing in front of an establishment for routine duty in the barangay.

01:24A car suddenly stopped and the victim was shot.

01:29The suspects were able to escape.

01:31Dead on arrival at the hospital, the victim was shot in various parts of the body.

01:38The HNLGU could have condemned the crime.

01:41A fine of P100,000 was imposed on anyone who could teach or give information to the suspects.

01:49The Pascual family has not been allowed to be the police because the investigation is still ongoing.

02:26Residents here have not been able to get out of their homes after the storm.

02:34I'm here at Pasaling Elementary School in Barangay Pasaling.

02:39What you can see behind me is the students' clinic.

02:44That's where the storm hit.

02:47The roof, windows, walls, everything inside was destroyed.

02:52The tables, chairs, learning materials, everything was destroyed.

02:57Only one part of this school was damaged.

03:00There were other parts of the school that were damaged by the storm.

03:06Pagudpud is one of the places that has been affected by the recent storm.

03:13Now, the local government is also alert.

03:17They are monitoring Barangay Pasaling and Barangay Pansyan where there are places that are flood prone and landslide prone.

03:24Because it's in the coastal area, it's also dangerous because of the storm surge.

05:37It has a strong wind speed of 85 km per hour.

05:41The storm Pepito may get stronger.

05:44For now, the storm is pushing through almost the same as the previous storms.

05:51It may landfall in Eastern Visayas, Bicol, or Central Luzon on the upcoming weekend.

05:57Because of the area of uncertainty, the storm Pepito may also hit the Bicol Region,

06:04Calabarzon, Mimaropa, and Northern Luzon.

06:08Both places were hit by the storm Christine last October.
