00:04the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center recommended that you contact their hotline.

00:10Gcash said that they will return their money to the affected users.

00:15Their explanation of what happened is in the breaking news of Jonathan Andal.

00:25After complaining about the loss of money in Gcash,

00:28the actress, comedian Pokwang, said that she already returned the P85,000 that was left in her Gcash account.

00:35Princess also returned the lost P10,000,

00:38but Rolando, who lost P90,000, only returned P86,000.

00:45P4,000 is still missing.

00:48Gcash said that they have completed the wallet adjustment or return of the lost money to their affected users.

00:54They agreed to save the accounts of their customers and their priority is account security.

00:59They will also improve their system to avoid the incident again.

01:03They will continue to help the authorities to investigate the incident.

01:07Gcash explained that there were errors in their system reconciliation process.

01:13According to the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center or CICC,

01:16they already have the numbers of the lost money and they already know who is registered.

01:23The numbers that we received are mostly offline.

01:28What we are waiting for is confirmation from the telco that those numbers are active and have a registered name.

01:36The CICC also discussed with the National Telecommunications Commission on how to help the victims.

01:42The CICC also urged the public to report to the hotline of the Interagency Response Center 1326.
