00:07A young girl was injured in a car accident here in Pangasinan after being hit by a dog.

00:13In the town of Mangaldan, a man was caught stealing from a goat.

00:22In the footage of the CCTV, you can see a tied up goat next to a house in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

00:30A few moments later, a man arrived. He removed the rope, picked up the goat and left.

00:36The goat's child was crying. I said, where is the mother of that child?
