00:00The Philippine Area of Responsibility is now outside the Super Typhoon Julián.

00:09We are still waiting for the latest bulletin on the disaster.

00:13But based on the 5 a.m. bulletin earlier,

00:16the wind signal number 4 and 3 in some parts of Luzon have already been lifted.

00:21The Batanes, Babuyan Islands, northern portion of Ilocos Norte,

00:28and northwestern portion of Mainland Cagayan.

00:31Signal number 1 in the southern part of Ilocos Norte,

00:34whole of Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Calinga, Abra,

00:40Mountain Province, Ifugao, and Benguet.

00:43Also in the remaining part of Mainland Cagayan,

00:46whole of Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, northern portion of Aurora,

00:51and northern portion of Nueva Ecija.

00:54Aside from places with wind signals,

00:56it is still risky and dangerous for sea vehicles

00:59to cross the waters of the Batanes, Babuyan Islands,

01:04Ilocos Norte, and some provinces of Ilocos Sur.

01:09The storm surge is still raging.

01:12According to the forecast,

01:13some coastal areas of Batanes and Cagayan are affected.

01:17Residents are being asked to evacuate

01:19and to avoid any activities in the province.

01:22Last seen was a super storm 205 kilometers west of Itbayat, Batanes.

01:29It has a strong wind of about 185 kilometers per hour,
