00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again assured that the government is doing its best to fix the damage caused by the typhoon in Cagayan.

00:32he also visited the town of Pagudpud in Ilocos Norte to see the situation there after the typhoon.

00:43The typhoon Marse is still strong in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

00:47According to the residents, this is the strongest typhoon in their area.

00:53The typhoon is really strong here.

00:57Almost all houses are damaged.

04:31Here in Togigaraw City, Cagayan,

04:39Until now, the area around Togigaraw is still dark.

04:44The Cagayan Valley Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, or CVDRMC,

04:51is the most affected.

04:53Only now, Togigaraw City is below the signal number 3.
