00:46a region in Northern Italy,
00:48four hours away from the capital of Rome.
00:51In the past 23 years,
00:54Parma has become the home of OFW,
00:57Lino Mandigma and his family.
01:01I am an elementary teacher
01:04and at the same time I am a farmer.
01:09Our job here is normally a part-time job.
01:17We call it a part-time job.
01:19Four hours in the morning,
01:20after four or three hours in the afternoon.
01:25Because farming has been their passion for a long time,
