00:26 when the 27th street is a weekend, it becomes an open-air playground where it's all fun and play.

00:33 There's a racetrack for go-kart.

00:35 For P100, you can ride this go-kart within 10 minutes.

00:41 Not only for kids, but also for adults.

00:51 We know a lot of kids who used to not know how to pedal, now they know how to ride.

00:59 And if PWD, Senior Citizen and BGC residents will ride, there's an additional 10 minutes.
