London Greggs 'bans' customers from wearing headphones or using mobile

00:25often appear to be lost in another world, stalling queues and wasting staff time. Unsurprisingly,

00:31the move has been met with a mixed reception online. Some praised the decision, calling it

00:36refreshing. However, others believe banning headphones could affect people with disabilities.

00:41Gregg's itself is yet to comment.
