00:17A fire broke out in a part of Cluster 4 in Barangay 128 in Tondo, Manila.

00:21After a fire broke out at 11.30 p.m.

00:25According to the barangay officials, the couple who tried to start a fire.

00:29Around 100 to 150 families were affected by the fire.

00:34According to our residents who live in Cluster 4,

00:38the fire broke out because the couple was fighting behind their house.

00:43Now, the man in my barangay, who was probably kidnapped by the people of the town.

00:48The man who was accused of trying to start a fire said that they were just trying to start a fire.

00:53According to the resident, Maylin, they were already sleeping when they found out that there was a fire.
