00:12Residents of Santa Rosa Street in Barangay Manresa, Quezon City were engulfed by raging fire last night.

00:20The tires on the vacant lot were quickly blown off.

00:24The first alarm was raised by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:26Romis Ponde and other fire volunteer groups were inside the firetruck.

00:30Three workers were outside resting in the barracks.

00:34Suddenly, there was an explosion.

00:36When we woke up, the fire started.

00:43I rushed to the fire station and the fireman called for help.

00:47Did you try to put out the fire?

00:49No, I couldn't. It was too strong.

00:51Bianca's father needed to be taken to the ambulance.

00:54He was shot in the left arm.

00:56According to the BFP, he was shot in the head.

00:59No one was injured in the nearby establishments.

01:02They are still investigating the possible cause of the fire.

01:05The fire was red after more than 30 minutes.
