02:24A crime under section 39B of the Anti-Trade Act.

02:29A crime of domestic violence and a crime involving children.

02:33And a crime that has the penalty of mandatory imprisonment.

02:36This is not suitable.

02:38What we target is the arrest warrant.

02:41And they are not accused under the types of crimes that I mentioned earlier.
