00:00The MFA in Wales says that GP funding is decreased as a percentage of the Welsh Government's
00:04budget by over 2.6% since 2005. Treflan surgery in Porcelli cannot afford to fill key staff
00:13roles now. Budget measures will cost them an extra £19,000. Now the Secretary of State
00:20for Wales knows the state of the NHS in Wales, so why is she instrumental in Labour at both
00:26ends of the M4, threatening GP surgeries? We are not threatening GP surgeries and if
00:34the Right Honourable Lady does not think that a £1.7 billion additional funding to spend
00:39on the NHS in Wales as a result of the budget isn't a great idea, then she needs to say
00:45what she would do instead.
