00:11are far more likely to be involved in a fatal collision than those who don't. People can
00:18die on our roads because of motorists' poor driving, reckless decisions and momentary
00:23relapses in concentration. Fatal collisions are heartbreaking for the families, for the
00:29communities and for the responding emergency services which must witness the tragic and
00:35subsequent aftermath. Stopping more deaths and serious injuries from occurring as a result
