00:09In today's resolution, we have clearly kept in mind public sentiment and outrage.
00:14We condemned the 5th August 2019 move, which was done by BJP in the Parliament of India.
00:20Secondly, we seek the restoration of 370, 35A, special status of Jammu and Kashmir,
00:26in its original form, in its pristine form.
00:29We tabled the same resolution.
00:31We tabled the same resolution to the Speaker today.
00:35We request the National Conference to table it, because it is a majority party.
00:39Or let us table it and support it.
00:41And this is what we want.
00:43There is no scope for dialogue on the deliberations of 35A and 370.
00:48Both sides are playing to galleries.
00:50Yesterday's resolution was praised by BJP and Amit Malviya from Delhi.
00:54Our attempt is to reflect the public sentiment of Jammu and Kashmir.
00:58Because this is the first house, it should reflect the public sentiment of people of Jammu and Kashmir.

01:42yesterday evening, he himself sat with the government and drafted this resolution.

01:58that two people will speak on behalf of the government,
02:05on behalf of the ruling party,
02:07a vote of thanks,
02:09and after that, the rest of the MLAs will be called.
02:13But, the resolution which is illegal,
02:22the resolution which is unconstitutional,
02:27which has no sanctity,
02:32which has no validity,
02:35because this Assembly is not above the Parliament,
02:41this Assembly is not above the Supreme Court,
02:45the verdict of the Supreme Court is 141,
02:50and the verdict of the Parliament is 246.
02:55Today, they have violated the law.
02:59They have violated the sanctity of the Speaker.
03:03The Speaker who is the custodian of the house,
03:09the custodian who has expectations and hopes of the entire house,
03:16today, the Speaker has worked as an agent for a particular party.
