00:00It is proposed to reallocate 29 million from the A5 border to Derry road across to current public
00:05transport services to ensure sufficient funds exist to support the public transport services
00:10and to finish out the year to year end. The reallocation of fundings for the A5 that you
00:16mentioned in your opening remarks. Could you just give us a brief overview of that as to how that
00:22arose? So just I suppose the first question was about the 29 million from the A5 border to Derry
00:28project and so that I suppose that's part of a wider project there to connect the northwest
00:34and so that goes I think a contribution in Monaghan across the border right through to
00:39through Derry into Donegal and beyond and that is a very significant commitment by government.
00:45It's aligned with the shared island project in terms of cross-border funding.
00:48The price tag is actually much greater than the 29 million. It's a multi-faceted fact but
00:53the monies that are allocated that particular 29 million is not required in the current year. It
00:59will not be drawn down at this stage so it's been carried over and that would form part of separate
01:03estimates for next year but rather than having that sort of wither on the vine it's being
01:06reallocated within public services.
