00:00Alright, pizza review time. We are at Pauley's Pizza Seafood Falmouth. I'm typing there.
00:24The Phillies just tied it. Bryce Harper, team Portland, bang bang. I told Philadelphia I'll
00:28put you on my back. My guy, my team, my city. Scumbags again. I'm digressing. Pauley's Pizza
00:34Seafood. This is the 13th pizza review I've done today. 13. 1-3. Don't try it at home
00:40kids. Professional. Ooh, look at that. That's an interesting looking bar pie because it's
00:47kind of like a different looking cheese for a bar pie. It almost doesn't look like a bar
00:51pie, right? It looks a little bit thicker. It has the right dimensions, the right box.
00:55But in terms of what we've had today, a little bit different. In a different way that I may
01:01like. This may be light and fluffy. Also, what we've run into today, we've had a grease
01:06fiesta. A grease fiesta. Like a lot of napkins needed on the pies. This one, I'm not feeling
01:12it. So, I like the looks of this. A little different than traditional. One bite every
01:16noodle. Paul's Pizza and Seafood. I'm going to head back to Nantucket after this. Little
01:21known fact, they don't run the ferries late. I got to drive to Woods Hole, they stopped
01:25doing the ferries at 5 o'clock. Crazy. What do you do if you're not rich? You can't just
01:29get your own plane. You're just stuck. Nuts. One bite. Everyone knows the rules. Paul's
01:34Pizza and Seafood since 1960. Hi.
01:38There's the bartender. Woo! There's the bartender with a quick hello.
01:52Very different bar pie. Like, very different. It is lighter, fluffy. Doesn't have that same
01:56like kind of smoky bar taste to it. I do like it though. Super fluffy. Burned my mouth.
02:0513 in. Burned it on the 13th.
02:13So interesting. It's almost like a category onto itself.
02:26Like that guy from, uh, who's the guy who said he invented South Shore Bar Pies?
02:33Yeah. This is no relation to that one.
02:42This will burn your face off. That's two bites. Do you see how much I tried to cool it because
02:46the cheese is looser? I'm going to go... Wow. This thing has to sit for an hour. I'm going
02:55to go... 7.7? This is one of my favorite ones. I actually like this one. It's totally different.
03:03When I think bar pie, I think thinner, crispier. This one's a little fluffier and thicker,
03:07but good. Prepare to have the top of your mouth blown off, Stover's Pizza style.
03:13Paul's Pizza and Seafood, 1960, Falmouth, Mass. What is the place with the great onion
03:18rings in Falmouth? What's the place with the great onion rings in Falmouth?
03:25Flying Bridge. I may have to go and see. Ten people say it all at once, Flying Bridge.
03:31It's almost worth going there just to knock out a thing of onion rings. That's a review.
03:35That was crazy. Flying Bridge has the best onion rings in the country.
