00:18the conditions uncomfortable. Transport for London has said it takes drivers' welfare
00:23seriously and is working on a range of measures to improve working conditions, health and
00:30wellbeing. It comes after drivers marched through the streets of London in protest of
00:36working conditions. In an interview with the BBC, Ms Robertson said passengers, pedestrians
00:43and cyclists were making the job more difficult and little support was coming from the bus
00:49companies. She said the buses are getting more and more packed, it's unsafe conditions,
00:54the passengers don't care, the cabs are freezing in the winter and too hot in the summer.
