00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered all concerned government agencies to be on the alert for the possible effects of Typhoon Marseille.
00:08The chief executive urged all concerned departments to come up with an efficient communication system to allow government to quickly warn affected residents that may be affected.
00:18The president underscored that this is paramount as the public base their actions and reactions on early warnings that government provides, which in turn, saves lives.
00:28Meanwhile, the president led the distribution of Php 50 million worth of aid to residents of Albay that were affected by Christine.
00:36Prior to his visit in Albay, government provided Php 130 million worth of various types of aid to Albay, Camarinesur, and Naga that were severely affected by the said weather disturbance.
