Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of a man who was found critically injured in a city suburb.
Emergency services were called after the victim was found close to a burnt out shed on Medway Grove, in Kings Norton, Birmingham, at 10.05am today (Tue).
West Midlands Police said the man was found "seriously injured" and nothing could be done to save him
A cordon has been put in place and detectives are reviewing CCTV and carrying out house-to-house inquiries.
A force spokesperson said: "We're currently working to establish exactly what happened and who was involved.
