00:34that entered the EDSA busway illegally was signed by the Land Transportation Office to Senate President Francis Escudero.

00:41But according to Escudero, the LTO still needs to discuss who is the owner of the vehicle and ensure that it is answered.

00:49Escudero thanked the LTO for their swift action in the incident.

00:54Senator Rafi Tulfo said that it's possible that a hearing will be called at a time when it will be discussed who violated the law.

01:01So that we won't have that kind of problem again where anyone can make a plate, left and right.

01:06What's important is who made that plate, who is the owner of that plate.

01:12Why does he have that kind of plate? That is being investigated even while we speak.

01:15Because of the continuous violation of the law, which is still happening in the bus lane even though it's prohibited,

01:21Tulfo also reminded motorists.
