00:21Despite the strong winds of Hurricane Christine,

00:24the Department of Transportation is ready for the downpour of passengers in the bus terminals

00:29in Pantalan and Paliparan in Ondas.

00:32Three million passengers are expected to return to the provinces

00:36before the weekend until November 1.

00:39The good news, said the Department of Transportation,

00:42is that Hurricane Christine will only cause minor damage to the transportation sector.

00:46All airports are operational.

00:49There were no major damages to our airports.

00:56And so far, all of these are operational.

01:01There are more than 100 seaports that were affected by Hurricane Christine.

01:10Minor damages, but in total, almost 100 million damages.

01:18Which PPA is now working on to do the repair.

01:24The Transportation Department is monitoring the situation in Pantalan in the province of Sorsogon

02:21We have alternative modes of transportation.

02:27Those who want to travel by boat or by ship going to Visayas,

02:35they can go by Batangas.

02:38From Batangas to Minloro, to Rojas and Bulalacao.

02:45And there's also Roro from that place going to Catitlan.

02:50And from there, buses can travel to Iloilo and even to Bacolod and Cebu.
