01:03According to NBI, aside from Central Luzon and Metro Manila,

01:08their counterfeit vitamin C syrups can also be found in the provinces of Visayas and Mindanao.

01:18The operation was stopped after a former employee complained.

01:22What they're doing is very unsanitary.

01:25The contents are unregistered, only flavoring, color flavoring, sugar, that's all.

01:34There's no vitamin that can be obtained here.

01:36This is for the kids.

01:38Kids get sick easily.

01:39Their immune system is weak.

01:41They expect to be able to get this vitamin C.

01:45But it's not available.

01:47Almost P400,000 worth of peking vitamin C syrup was confiscated.

01:52The owner of the factory, who has been operating for almost 20 years, was arrested.

01:56We are still trying to get his statement.

01:59At first, they copied the original that is made of registered vitamin C.

02:04As time went by, they changed the brand and the name again to make it different.

02:10We sued them, we inquested them for violation of Republic Act 9711, the Drug Unforged Administration Act of 2009.
