00:00At 9 in the morning, a white pick-up truck was driving on Cebu's South Coastal Road.

00:06Some passengers were working at a construction site in Talisay City, Cebu.

00:11One of the passengers was sitting on the side of the truck.

00:15When the truck suddenly fell, the 65-year-old, who was working as a mason, fell down.

00:21The victim was hit in the head by a broom.

00:24According to the City of Talisay Traffic Operations and Development Authority,

00:27while getting on the truck, the machine died.

00:31That's why the passengers were pushed to the back of the truck.

00:34He advised the other passengers to appeal to the driver

00:40so that he won't be hit in the head.

00:44He was lucky.

00:45According to the truck driver, he didn't notice that the victim fell down.

00:50The driver didn't notice that I fell down.

00:52That's why I was able to get to Oboz.

00:57When I got to Oboz, I parked my car.

01:01I was hit in the head by a broom.

01:03The incident was bluttered.

01:05The victim is still waiting for the medical results.
