00:00I chose to study at the University of Central Lancashire because I wanted to be involved in
00:04the performance side of things and when I've been here doing some testing with the club and
00:07things like that I'd seen the setup they have and the facilities they use and it looked perfect for
00:12me. I probably underestimated the impact it'd have on my playing career. I've been able to
00:18develop myself physically and off the field and learn a bit more in terms of what's good for my
00:22body, what's good for my nutrition and that has really helped me develop as a person and definitely
00:26as a player as well. I think I'm in a position now when my time does come to retire then I'll be in a
00:32position where I can start thinking about my life after Rugby League. My name's Liam Farrell,
00:37player for Wigan Warriors Rugby League club. I've been here for a good five, six years now.
00:40Now I'm doing my postgraduate degree and I feel like I'm in a good position going forward.
