Two ex-general managers of an NGO have been arrested by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in a RM60mil fertilizer procurement cartel probe.

The two men, aged between their 50s and 60s, were arrested on Saturday (Nov 2) at 8.30pm after giving their statements to graft busters.
