00:00The next segment is related to the success of JSJK.
00:05The first is the success of the arrest of the investment fraud syndicate, Ayam Kampung,
00:12our official organization, Kinta Perak.
00:15Ayam Kampung is also a fraud now.
00:18As a continuous effort to strengthen national security and counter financial crimes,
00:26a joint operation involving the collaboration of PDRM and National Anti-Financial Crime Center, NFCC,
00:34has been carried out with cooperation and support from several other agencies,
00:40including the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Bank of Malaysia,
00:44Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia, Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia,
00:49Cyber Security Malaysia, Ministry of Trade in the country,
00:53the Malaysian Organization Registration Office,
00:56and the PDRM Anti-Financial Crime Investigation Team.
01:01Through the operation carried out on June 26, 2024,
01:06a number of frauds have been carried out on several premises around Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur,
01:13Melaka, Terengganu, and Labuan,
01:16in order to prevent fraud syndicates from investing in Ayam Kampung, our official organization, Kinta Perak.
01:24As a result of the fraud, 11 individuals, consisting of 8 men and 3 women,
01:30locals aged between 38 and 56, have been detained.
01:36Those detained are believed to have acted as founders,
01:40leaders, entrepreneurs, donors, agents, and volunteers of the organization.
01:47Those detained are 13 vehicles of various types,
01:511,000 ringgit in cash,
01:5413 sets of gold chains,
01:562 forms of gold rings,
01:5820 mobile phones,
02:004 tablets,
02:0217 computers,
02:048 cheque books,
02:0637 bank cards,
02:0871 sets of various documents,
02:1111 bags of various types,
02:1317 banners,
02:15and several other items suspected of being related to the activities of fraud.
02:21Based on the investigation, this syndicate has been operating since the beginning of 2023,
02:27and has offered a nominal investment related to the Ayam Kampung business.
02:33This syndicate offers a minimum investment of Rp250,
02:39and promises a return of Rp13 a month,
02:45or can be exchanged for a piece of Ayam Kampung.
02:49That's the value, right?
02:51The investment money is deposited into a bank account,
02:55which is registered under the name of the organization.
02:59However, starting from September 2023,
03:03the investors no longer accept the profits promised.
03:08So this is one of the tactics of fraud,
03:11with a minimum price and a reasonable return,
03:16so many people easily believe,
03:19and become a target.
03:21Whereas, in aggregate, thousands of people are affected or become victims.
03:28The Amla Investigation Team has so far carried out an investigation
03:32under Amla FPUAA 2001
03:37against 34 bank accounts and unit trusts
03:41with a total value of Rp6,564,278.79.
03:49The investigation, according to Amla,
03:52has also been carried out against 13 vehicles
03:56with a value of Rp2,979,400.
04:02The target was 2,143 goats,
04:07or sheep.
04:10The estimated animal value has not yet been determined.
04:14So it's not enough with humans,
04:16now we have to target goats.
04:20So far, 85...
04:22Yes, there is a requirement for livestock.
04:25Don't forget, they are also alive.
04:28So far, 85 police reports have been received throughout the country
04:33involving this investment scheme
04:35with a loss of Rp3,297,254.79.
04:43The case is being investigated under Section 420 of the Penal Code.
04:50So, not only from a financial point of view,
04:52but also from an agricultural point of view,
04:54there is fraud.
