00:25President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. also promised

00:38instead, the assistance should be strong.
00:41Fellow countrymen, we will not stop until all have woken up.

00:55On the last date of NDRRMC,
00:57the assistance to those affected by the typhoon León and Cristina reached Php 713.1 million.
01:05All power generation plants and all transmission lines and facilities of the NGCP are now back in operation.
01:12The 13 electric cooperatives in Bicol Region remain in partial power interruption status,
01:17while 67% of those in those places were able to return the supply of electricity.
01:22There is no longer a noticeable shortage of fuel supply in Bicol Region
01:26after replenishing the retail gasoline stations.
01:30It is estimated to reach 1,894 liters of diesel and gasoline
01:34while 20,011 kg LPG cylinders were sent to Bicol from Oct. 29 to Oct. 31.
