00:00But to your point, with everything you described there, from the Kramer handoff to the 13-yard
00:05play to the not using the timeouts to what happened on the Hail Mary, all those things
00:09are areas that Matt Iberflus is responsible of overseeing. They lost a football game that's
00:14going to be very important in their season on Sunday because the coaching wasn't strong enough.
00:19And then Matt tripled and quadrupled down on Sunday evening and again on Monday and again
00:24on Monday afternoon with the way he responded to questions about those things, basically saying,
00:28I wouldn't do anything differently. That's scary because you just made some colossal mistakes
00:33that cost your football team a huge, huge game in their season.
00:38And so you got to figure it out. You got to figure it out and look like,
00:41you know, we lived this a little bit with Justin last year. It's a totally different
00:45storyline, but it's like, how long are you going to wait on a guy to prove that they're
00:50capable of handling their role? You know? And so like with Justin, it was, are you good enough to
00:54be a high level QB one to take this team on deep playoff runs over and over again? The question has
00:59to be asked of Matt week after week after week. What do you do as a head coach, as a head coach,
01:04not as a defensive overseer and a defensive play caller that puts this team in position
01:09to chase championships year after year after year, we're midway through his third year.
01:13And I don't know that you guys could give me a really strong answer that says, okay, here's,
01:17here's the pros column here. Eventually that pros column has got to fill up. And when you
01:20make mistakes, you've got to own them. And there wasn't ownership from the head coach
01:24on Sunday evening, Monday morning, or Monday afternoon.
