00:00The whole thing, the whole thing, right?
00:07The operation of it, offense, defense, kicking, you know, that's the job of the head coach.
00:13Like I said, we'll look at everything.
00:14I think it's look from everything from the top to the bottom and making sure that we're
00:19finding the answers to move the ball on the field, you know, play better as a football
00:24team on offense.
00:25I mean, like I said, you got to go, you know, go all the way down to it and look at everything.
00:29You know, I think that's an important part of it.
00:31You know, we need a spark in there.
00:33We need to be able to move the ball in the scoring zone to be able to score when we get
00:38there.
00:40So that's just really it.
00:42He's strong outside.
00:43He's a strong individual and he's been through adversity and he knows how to do this.
00:48He knows how to get through adversity by pulling together and, you know, and he's got to pull,
00:54we got to pull together with everybody else, you know, too, you know, so it's important
00:57that we get that done moving forward.
00:59You know, I know it's, it's part of the job.
01:01It's part of it, but you got to stand strong.
01:03You got to be the same leader that you've always been and, you know, make the necessary
01:07adjustments that you need to make, you know, be strong and courageous throughout it all.
01:12Look at each other in the eye, tell each other the truth.
01:14And that's how I know to do it.
